Apple iPad 2 MC774LL/A Tablet (32GB, Wifi + AT&T 3G, Black) 2nd Generation

I bought this refurbished iPad 2 (32 GB, Wifi+AT&T 3G for my husband's birthday because he won't leave mine alone. Mine is also a refurb but I I bought it at Apple online and spent about $700.00 for it compared to Rocket Jakes price of $399. A Genius at Apple told me he prefers refurbished products as any FACTORY quirks that existed are straightened out. The iPad was simple to set up. It was in original Apple packaging and works perfectly. The AT&T Wi-fi was also easy to set up. AT&T has lower data charges for iPads than Verizon but Verizon has a larger coverage area. Alas! Money is tight. I also got a Smart Magnetic Cover for Apple Ipad 2 cover at Amazon from CyprusTech for $7.74 compared to the $39 I spent for mine at Apple and it looks and acts exactly the same. I'm thrilled with this product so far but I set it up with my Apple ID and now I'm going to have to jump through some hoops to figure out how to get my husband his own Apple ID because iTunes is all set up on one computer with MY Apple ID ....h-h-m-m-m! Another tech challenge.

The iPad arrived within the one day shipping by Amazon. The packing was appropriate for this item. I find the Apple line of consumer electronics to be very user friendly. The software is intuitive--it does and goes where you would expect it to if you were doing the same process manually. This is my first exposure to the iPad. I highly recommend it as an addition, or replacement to other computer products. The screen keyboard takes getting use to. It is a light touch. I anticipated this, amd so I am using an AmazonBasics Bluetooth Keyboard for Apple iPad/iPhone. There was no contact with the seller as this was fulfilled by Amazon, but I would buy from this seller again based on a good product delivered in the described package. Buy an iPad, you will not be disappointed.

I just recently purchased this used from Amazon and it is more than worth it. If you don't need the new version, go with this. I mostly read and watch movies and TV shows on this, and I couldn't ask for more. No way I'm a paying top dollar for the latest version when this suits me just find. I did a good amount of research on all the top sites and couldn't find a compelling reason to shoot for a higher version. Take my advice...stay a version or two behind the latest and save a ton!

32. Gigs is a minimum, if,you go 16 you will run out of space. Problem with this is it won't upgrade to eleven so it's occasionally a bit slow, possibly, at least that's what the said at Apple.

Beware if you already own an iPad 1 and are planning to upgrade. Apple is selling the iPad 2 with the newest OS 5. This iPad comes with OS 4 which means that if youve already upgraded your iPad 1 to OS 5, you cannot directly restore your iPad 1 to this iPad 2. If this is you, save lots of time by ordering directly from Apple.

We already have a mini, and have been very happy with it, but my husband wanted something 3G capable and a little bigger for playing movies and handling documents when he travels. Despite the initial warning that the item was backordered, I received mine less than 10 days after my order!

I love my new IPad and I would recommend it to anyone who likes the ease of getting on the internet, reading emails, and reading e-books.It's a hot commodity in my household and everyone wants to use it.Worth the money for lots of enjoyment time with whatever your computer needs!

I owned iPad 1 but, I was surprised when iPad 2 comes out. I was in need for more speed, camera, more battery life (10 hours) and more monitor resolution. Now, I have more satisfaction but still we are in need for Flash module and more development to let us use it instead of our laptop. I am using it for my project management work, some photo / movie editing, emails, presentation, Internet browsing, to do list calendar, friends caring, Facebook, and more. I compared it with motorols Xoom tablet but, I choosed the iPad 2. I love iPad 2 and I have a lot of ideas for it's required development and I hope to get a Chanel to communicate with Apple the greatest company around the world. Also, I have the Mac mini iPod and iPhone. I recommend the iPad 2 as the best tablet in the market.
