I ordered this puzzle as a Christmas present, and it is absolutely stunning. We had a small problem with our order, and the customer service we received was beyond anything we had ever experienced before. 1.) the puzzle package contained a note with the personal email address of Vin, the company owner, who promised to address any issues with the product. 2.) I emailed him and received his personal response in less than 24 hours (!!) and 3.) he solved our problem immediately and in the most generous manner possible. I am still completely overwhelmed by this attitude of "anything for the customer" and by the fact that the owner himself would make it his priority to address customers' issues right away. I wish all businesses were like that! Unreserved recommendation of the product AND the company. Thanks again, Vin!!

A circular puzzle is quite a change. Even though it is only 500 pieces, it is quite challenging. I printed off a map so I could see the names of the craters and Apollo landing sites. Very educational!

I loved this puzzle. It was a good challenge. The final image looked great. Some of the pieces seemed to have a loose fit

This is a beautiful puzzle. It is challenging (for me) to put it together, but it was enjoyable, and I completed it. Now, if I can just bring myself to take it apart. It is a gorgeous, fun puzzle.

We love our moon puzzle so far! The pieces are larger so you think it'll be easy, but uts definitely not! Hard enough to challenge you, but this puzzle isn't so difficult that you lose interest! Planning on buying another one from this company as soon as we finish the first!

This is a great puzzle - the pieces are a nice size and well-made; there were no ambiguous fit issues. Completing the puzzle was challenging, but didn't make anyone want to pull their hair out.

Broken pieces, low quality

The women in my family meet for lunch or dinner to celebrate the birthday during their birthday month. The women in the group have been doing this for decades before I lived close enough to join and know each other much better than I currently do in 4 years. So, I'm doing my best to keep up, and this puzzle was the answer to a prayer as one of the gifts for the puzzle wizard of the group. Packaged beautifully, the picture on the front was enough to give her a lengthy pause. Exactly what I was hoping for, a challenge! She said she would save it for last as there were one or two she hadn't worked yet, and it was nearly spring when yard work would take precedence, yada yada yada. I smiled, happy that she was building up her fear level and convincing me that I had chosen well. Thanks Amazon!

Super amigable el rompecabezas y aparte está hermoso

The print somehow gets wonky and duplicated in the middle and other parts of the puzzle. Puzzle pieces were not unique.

It is a very beautiful puzzle. The colors are vibrant and sharp, I have made many puzzles from 500 to 3000 pieces. The pieces of this puzzle are twice bigger than my other puzzles', so it was fun and amusing to make it and also easier, compared to puzzles with smaller pieces. Unfortunately one piece was damaged, however I am going to display this beautiful Mars in my room alongside a round moon puzzle.

Pieces are a little thin and some came still attached. The cut is mirrored so each piece can just about fit in 2 spots. Which in an all red puzzle is very annoyed. I got to the last piece and it didn't fit without jamming. So I went over the puzzle carefully and swapped about 8 pieces into different spots.Beautiful detailed image. But at $32 I expect Ravensburger or better quality.
