This is definitely the best and only whitening toothpaste that I use and recommend to others. Not only does it whiten your teeth, but it also cleans really well and disinfects. If you buy this toothpaste, make sure to follow the instructions and do not rinse after Step 1. I also use an electric toothbrush for Step 1, and a regular soft toothbrush for Step 2. For me, this helps to polish the teeth better because Step 1 has baking soda in it. However, if you have sensitive teeth, this might not be good for you. Also, be careful not to brush your gums since they may become white and spotty from Step 2, which has hydrogen peroxide in it, like the whitening pastes used at dental offices (which is why at the dentist, they cover your gums while whitening). The white spots on your gums will go away once you start using the toothpaste regularly, but if it does not, you may need to talk to your dentist since it could be an indication of other issues. Step 2 really helps to keep your teeth and your gums clean. I don't know if it's a coincidence, but I also haven't gotten any new cavities since I started using it regularly.With all that said, I do not use it every single day because I don't want to damage my enamel, but I do use it at least 3 times a week because I love coffee. I also use this toothpaste to clean my retainers regularly. I've recommended it to friends and family, and everyone has been happy with the results.Side note, do not brush your teeth, with any paste at all, right after drinking coffee since it is acidic and you can damage your teeth by brushing them right after. Always drink water after you drink coffee (or any acidic drink for that matter). Most dentists won't tell you this because you are their customer.

I've been using the Crest 3D White Brilliance 2 Step Kit for a few weeks, and I can honestly say it works. My teeth look noticeably whiter, and the fresh feeling lasts a long time. The first step, the toothpaste, gives a deep clean, and the second step, the gel, seems to take whitening seriously. But to be honest, I'm not sure if using it frequently could harm my enamel in the long run. So it's effective, but probably best to use with a bit of caution.

Works good, definitely made my teeth a few shades whiter - the only downside is if you have sensitive enamel it can cause a tingly sore feeling.

I am a working mom. Im far too busy and tired to do a whitening system that requires lights/strips and most of all- my time. I wanted some sort of whitening aid that was easy! I'm a big coffee drinker and I also vape. While scrolling Amazon, I saw this product and remembered my mom using it when I was a child. It was rated higher than most whitening systems on here, and the simplicity and affordability of it made me immediately order. The noticable difference in my teeth after literally one use was crazy! Absolutely no sensitivity and it takes 2 minutes total. I only use 'Step 2' every couple days, and that's all that's really needed to keep my smile bright. I'll be buying again and again!

My husband ordered this to whiten his teeth and feels it’s working so far. He combines it with a whitening mouth wash every other day. Store price is much higher than Amazon
