This is my second wing sung pen. They are so good. They write smoothly and can handle LOTS of ink due to their filling mechanisms (I have vacuum and piston fillers). You don’t need to spend a lot of money to have a reliable fountain pen. I highly recommend these pens. I also highly recommend the seller. Upon receiving this pen, I couldn’t fill the ink tank. Fearing I might have received a faulty one, I contacted the seller to ask for help. They responded promptly and with helpful instructions. I tried that out and it worked. May sure that you have the nib fully immerse in the ink, then push down the rod (vacuum system) and you should see the ink be sucked into the tank.

Update: changing review due to excellent customer service and very nice M nib.I ordered the fude nib. It was very bad, as one can see below in my older review. I tried to return it, and the seller reached out to me to try to help me get the pen to work, but nothing worked. As a last resort before having to return the item back to China, the seller suggested that I try another nib - they sent me an extra feed and two Medium nibs. I slid one of the M nibs and voila, it works perfectly. The M nib for this pen is much smoother and higher quality than other M nibs I've tried. This pen has turned from junk to easily a perfect $200 replica pen. I'm excited to be able to travel with this vacuum system, and the CS has been very swift in their communication. As they sent me a refund before I could tell them that I received the M nibs, I alerted them that I would like to keep the pen after all, so they made separate accommodations for that as well. A++ customer service.The build quality looks solid, and it's very heavy. It looks like a very expensive pen. The vacuum mechanism holds a lot of ink. It could be potentially a great pen, especially at this price point. Unfortunately, this pen has given me nothing but frustration and pain. The nib has a really hard time starting, and I've had to manually pry the tines apart quite a bit to get the ink to flow several times. It takes a while for the inkflow to start, and once it starts, the inkflow is very inconsistent, gushing here and dry there, dry for the most part. Trying over and over to get it to flow and then having it stop again, repeatedly, is the story of my life with this pen. It's extremely frustrating, not to mention tiring on my arm - the whole point of fountain pens for me was to lighten the burden of muscle fatigue, but this pen is proving to be more labor and work than other pens, and not pleasant at all to worry about when it will stop flowing again or what to do this time to make it flow.

I really want to love this pen. I'd even settle for liking this pen, but I don't.The ink flow is unpredictable, sometimes flowing fast, sometimes just skipping and not flowing at all (while held at same angle). Unpredictable ink flow means uncontrollable output. And that is not useful.The nib does not flow smoothly across the paper but feels rough and scratchy. I know, it's a cheap pen, but is simply not worth owning. With that said, it differs appear to be solidly built.I'm returning it.Oh, and you have to pay shipping back... and no refund until they receive it...I recommend you buy something sold in USA.UPDATE:Seller contacted me after my review (5 stars for the seller! ) with suggestions for improving the ink flow and eliminating the skipping.The suggestions worked! I'm happy with my pen and no longer returning it.Changed myrt rating from 2 stars to 5 stars.
