Rugged, stylish, and functional
I really like this watch and wear it every day I'm dressed casually. It feels bullet-proof and has survived numerous knocks and bumps with no damage to show besides scuffs in the finish.As other reviewers have stated, the black finish started to come off the clasp (and the bezel to a lesser extent) almost immediately. Not really a big deal as it appears like the watch is weathering like a good pair of blue-jeans. This is something you should be aware of, however.The only other thing of note is the strap is very long. I'm an averaged-sized guy with normal sized wrists and use the third from last notch on the strap. This leaves quite a bit of material to tuck under the clasp band, but it doesn't really bother me. Bertucci does offer shorter replacement straps, and as there are no pins on these watches, they're a snap to install.***Update***After few months ago, I looked down at my watch to check the time, and I noticed the second hand had fallen off and was loose inside the watch face. I emailed customer support and received notice by a gentleman named Enzo that my watch was still within the three year warranty, and they would service it at no cost to me. I was instructed to remove the band and ship the watch back to them at my expense (about $7 with insurance through USPS). About three weeks later, I received a BRAND NEW watch body in the mail. Very nice customer service.

Good field watch!
6 Month Update: I have grown to love this watch. I have wore it non stop, even while sleeping. I've gone swimming with it, accidentally banged it up against tables, walls and metal posts with only the slightest scratch showing on the black case. I've since bought a black band and the beige band from Bertucci and each band gives the watch a different personality. Would definitely buy again!!!Decent field watch! Easy to read and has a classic looking military styling. Two things to be aware of... First and most importantly, the watch did not ship with the band seen in the picture. The color is the same but does not have the brass eyelets or box stitching. Still, the band it comes with is heavy duty and will likely last a long time. Secondly, the illumination is pretty poor. Not a deal breaker for me as I'm no longer in the military doing night ops! It is something to be aware of though. The titanium casing is excellent and the matte black is sharp looking, giving the white numbers and watch hands extra pop. The case is only 40mm and I would have preferred 42mm but despite the smaller diameter it still big enough to pass as a mans watch. The 4'oclock position crown is brilliant for comfort, why doesn't everyone do this? Overall decent watch. Not sure it's quite worth the current price tag with the above issues but I'm ok with this Bertucci watch on my wrist.

Easy to read, great quality, looks good. Have several watches and this one is a good every day watch that is very functional.

Crystal no so resilient
Solid case but my crystal cracked from dropping it onto the floor shortly after I purchased it, at the time I didn’t think to return it but I just pulled it out of the drawer and is no longer ticking...

Perfect combo
I love this watch. This matte black watch with Defender Olive band is a sharp combo. Better looking than the illustration on the web site. And better looking, in my opinion, than the all black watch/band option. Rugged looking but classy enough to wear all occasions. The heavy-duty nylon band is perfect for this watch. I have read reviews that it require one to double over and tuck the tip back under. Not the case with the newer DX3 band that came with my watch. This has two metal stays that control the tip nicely flat. I have several more expensive watches but they will be gathering dust from now on.

Not So Hot
The hands and numbers did not illuminate, the main reason I purchased this watch. I wanted to use it on neighborhood walks after dark when I get home from work. Returning it for a Traser.

Not as expected
Smaller than expected. Have not measured it but it does not seem 40mm. Watch case is blacn but buckle on the strap is silver so it does not match and it is not what is shown on the photo.

Bertucci A-2T Vintage
I received this watch just a few days ago. I have been wearing it ever since. The watch is light weight, very simple (something I wanted in a watch), and the styling is great. The hour, minute, and second hand, along with the markers situated in the respective number positions all glow in the dark. Sometimes, depending on the exposure to light, the number markers can be faint, however, the hands of the watch glow brighter. The watch size is perfect for me (40mm face). I do not care for watches that feel like I'm wearing a tire on my wrist. This watch can be worn casually, at the workplace, or in the outdoors.My only complaint about this watch is when I received it I noticed that right above the 0500 or 1700 hour mark there is a minor imperfection in the face. I haven't looked up the return policy yet because I am doing some research of my own about the structural integrity of the watch face. Only I know the imperfection is there so it isn't that big of a deal. However, if I come to find out that this blemish will degrade the strength of the face I will look to return it. I would've have rated this watch a 5 otherwise.Even with this one negative aspect I still love the watch. Simplicity at its finest.

Fantastic watch with some minor niggles
I was looking for a field watch, a titanium watch and a pvd black watch. I was most surprised when I discovered Bertucci had a watch that was all three in one. Bonus for the Swiss quartz movement and sapphire crystal, not to mention 200m wr and screw down crown!No watch is perfect, however and this is no exception. The seconds hand doesn’t hit the markers except for the final 20 seconds of the minute and the hour hand is very slightly misaligned.These are super minor nitpicks and I can live with them.

Beautiful piece! Pictured with wrong band.
Great watch! Durable, light, comfortable, and perfect for work or play. The dial is easy to read in both light and dark conditions. Good price for the quality. This has become my new everyday timepiece.Just be aware that the watch does not come with the band pictured. It arrived with the DX3 band which is correct to the watch according to the Bertucci website as opposed to the 2-PLY nylon band with metal grommets and hardware as pictured. While a bit of a surprise, the band included is pretty close and quite nice on its own.
