Q: Does this include the memo chip and work with the cardiochek PA system?

Yes, each box of test strips include 1-memo chip that will only work with that specific lot # of test strips. Once the strips in this box are used up or expired, then the memo chip is to be thrown away so as not to confuse it with new strips that it will not work with. Yes, these Total Cholesterol strips will give you 1 number for your combined cholesterol levels will work with both the CardioChek standard home analyzer or the CardioChel PA professional analyzer. This strip does not test HDL, Trig or LDL. Thank you.

Q: Can pipettes be bought seperately? What is their volume?

I don’t know but you can buy separately. It’s a standard size.

Q: Are they made in the USA?

I believe parts are made in Germany & assembled in the USA.

Q: Is the calibrated Tab insert included

Yes, it is. Each package with a different tab (or Memo Chip, as they call it). There are also lancets and capillary collection tubes or whatever they call those things. Everything you need except the CardioChek instrument.
