I've only had this for a month but my severe psoriasis has improved BUT as any person with this condition things work for 1 but not everyone an diff combos of treatments for diff people

I have used the cream for years in conjunction with the 2% coal tar lotion. Changed my diet, and by taking daily MSM supplements (two 000 capsules of MSM powder, 4x daily) , the lesions and flaky skin are dramatically reduced - but not the continued spreading of the red spots.Smelly? The cream has no smell.

I can't take the smell. I usually can take the tar smell but this is horrible... can't use it a waste of 60 bucks
