Works great…. For 2 months.
- I purchased the brushed nickel and oil rubbed bronze for 2 different bathrooms. Both finishes looked great! - Tried opening both just to have a looky loo but couldn’t budge either of them open. - Installed easily. Took a few minutes to drain the black carbon. (As it does with any kind of filter) - It removed our well water hydrogen sulfide smell (rotten eggs) immediately & skin & hair quality was dramatically improved! - My bathroom shower is used by 2 adults. The filter has been in use a little less than 2 months & I'm starting to notice the return of the smell & a negative change in my hair. - I was anticipating a 3 month interval between filter changes (even though the claim by the company is 6 months. I was realistic knowing well water doesn’t filter as easily) But less than 2 months is disappointing. Also, trying to open the housing to change the filter is going to be a challenge, if not impossible. But mine came with a free filter replacement so I’ll try again. I’m unsure if I will continue with this product if I get the same results.
