Great product and outstanding customer service
I purchased my first Arteck bluetooth keyboard folio for my ipad in April 2020 and immediately fell in love with everything about it. I particularly like that I can position the screen at any angle. I also appreciate the keyboard layout which follows a traditional keyboard. A week ago, the keyboard stopped functioning and wouldn’t charge. I started to order a new one to replace the non functioning one when I noticed in reviews that several other people had had the same issue and that they contacted Arteck who reminded them that the product had a 24 month warranty and that it was replaced with no hassle. Since I was within the 24 mont period, I sent an email to Arteck Customer Service and received a reply within a couple of hours asking me a couple of questions and assuring me that they would replace the keyboard free of charge. I answered the questions and again received an immediate response with the code to use through Amazon to get my new keyboard. 36 hours later, and here I am typing away on the new keyboard. I’m a happy camper! Truly outstanding customer service on a product I really like!

Simply Wimderful! Get it NOW!
I don’t write many reviews, however, this keyboard is absolutely fantastic! It turned my IPad into my main computer. When combined with a small blue tooth mouse, I travelled for a month without my full sized laptop: wrote reports, zoomed, emailed and edited PowerPoint presentations. Then watched Netflix and listened to tunes. The keyboard connects snugly and opens with confidence. The key touch is just like my Dell. The battery lasts months without recharging and links via Bluetooth immediately. And best, it is so light—but not flimsy. Its a perfect fit. This Keyboard plus iPad is my travel laptop of the future. 10+ stars!

It's an OK keyboard, but be careful if you have an iPad Pro 9.7 - UPDATED 12/14/2018
I have mixed feelings about this item. it does work as a Bluetooth keyboard, and it's a screen cover. I am not sure about the overall ruggedness of the keyboard, but it was cheap, so it does the job there. However, one of the key functions that I look for in this type of keyboard case is missing, although Arteck says it isn't. You should be able to open and close the case and automatically wake up or put your iPad to sleep. Before I returned my iPad Air 2, I found that this worked well. However, I just bought an iPad Pro 9.7, and this function does not work on the iPad Pro.Apple, as it does with most new product releases, redesigned the hardware to accommodate the better camera, Smart Connector and 2 more speakers. In doing this, they moved the magnets which control auto sleep/wake, and peripheral manufacturers have to do the same. Arteck should have known this, but they didn't redesign the case immediately. They did, however, warrant that this keyboard works with the iPad Pro. I contacted them and exchanged several emails, where they at first said that the first keyboard I bought was defective. They then offered to send me a new one in 1-2 months, and they would let me keep the one I had. That tells me that they knew that the keyboards did not support iPad Pro auto sleep/wake.I then turned to Amazon, who was very cooperative and understanding of the situation. They agreed to waive the cost of the first keyboard as long as I used the credit to reorder, which I did. I just got the second keyboard, and sure enough, auto sleep/wake does not work. I have reported this to Amazon, and they will work with Arteck to properly document that this feature does not work now.As a keyboard, this item works OK. It's easy to pair, and the keys feel fine when typing on them. As of today (4 days after I put the first keyboard into use), the hinges are tight and sturdy and stay at the angle that I place them in. I am concerned about long term reliability, as I've had several keyboards for past iPads, which were made of metal. This is plastic, so you wonder about longevity. Also, as I've seen on other reviews, there are problems that other reviewers have had, so I'm a little cautious. We'll see long term. So, it's not totally a bad situation. But they are a little misleading in the description. Hopefully Amazon will make them fix the description to disclose this function missing with the newer iPad version. For me, it's strictly a stopgap now, until other manufacturers build keyboard cases which do support all iPad Pro functions. The keyboard was certainly cheap enough, so I don't mind losing the function in the interim. But they also need to make sure they disclose all functions properly.UPDATE: I was contacted by Arteck to update this review. For full disclosure's sake, Arteck offered to send me a 9.7 keyboard case, in exchange for updating this review. However, as of a week ago, I now own a 2017 model 10.5 iPad Pro. So, Arteck did send me a 10.5 case to review.I have been using the case for about 12 hours now. It has a nice hefty feel to it, which I suspect is from the battery. It fit well, and this time I didn't have an issue with the auto wake feature (since this time Arteck actually sited the magnets so they would line up with Apple's). The keyboard looks good, good typing and a high quality feel. Time will tell if that sustains, but for now, the keyboard is fine. The easily detachable keyboard is a nice touch as well, and so far the magnets securely attach the case back to the keyboard base. Time will tell, though.I have 3 major issues with this case, which at this price point is probably asking for too much, but here goes:1) If the keyboard connects through Bluetooth, and there's a battery, the least you could have done is to backlight it. There are Bluetooth backlighted keyboards out there, and some of the time I'm using the iPad in the dark. Makes it awkward to see to type.2) This is an iPad PRO. People have Apple Pencils, and there is no accommodation for an Apple Pencil on the case. Many case manufacturers do include Apple Pencil storage, and you should have done the same. My alternative was to spend $11 for a stick-on Apple Pencil holder, which is an inconvenience.3) Bluetooth keyboards are so passe. Some of your competitors (Logitech, ZAGG and Dodocool, among others) figured out how to use the Smart Connector to make keyboards which didn't need external power. I've noticed some increased battery usage because of the Bluetooth connection. Plus, I could only use 2 devices through Bluetooth. If i wanted to use your keyboard, a Pencil and headphones, that wouldn't fly. If you could find a way to do this at a much lower price point than Apple's obscenely expensive Smart Keyboard Cover, you'd make a ton of money.I will also say that Arteck's customer service, while half way across the world, is genuinely responsive. This is the one reason why I changed my rating to 4 stars. This product is OK, but it's still a work in progress. At least Arteck still stands behind it's product, even 2 years later.

The iPad slides easily and snugly into the case in a matter of ...
I purchased this keyboard case for use with my new Apple iPad Pro 9.7”. The iPad slides easily and snugly into the case in a matter of minutes. The case can also be removed easily without damaging the iPad. The keyboard paired very quickly with the iPad pro and has stayed paired over the month or so I have been using it. Even though the keyboard is on the small size, dictated by the size of the iPad pro, I have found it easy to touch type. The keys have a nice feel and respond quickly to the touch. A word about there customer service. They respond very quickly and make every effort to see that you are completely satisfied with their product. The keyboard and iPad together are very light and make carrying the combination a pleasure. Since the keyboard does not cover the back of the iPad I use icarbons protective overlay on the backside of the Pro. I have used the icarbons overlays on both my laptops and iPads and they have provided both light weight and protection for these devices for me over the years. I would highly recommend this Arteck Ultra-Thin keyboard to my family and friends. I have included a few images of the keyboard with the iPad pro attached and the protective carbon overlay.

Good product for the price
This keyboard is used for my Ipad Air 2. According to the description, there are magnets that when closing the keyboard over the tablet, the tablet is supposed to go into sleep mode. It does not. If you are not careful to shut down the iPad, the battery will continue to keep the tablet software open, the screen on, and will deplete the battery. The setup was easy, and the Bluetooth connection works every time. It would be nice if the keyboard was backlit, but for the price, the keyboard is acceptable.
