The product was packed properly and was received very fast.Looked very premium once opened When I started using the bigger jar immediately noticed that the sound coming out of the motor is not normal and saw small white colour plastic parts which is from the fan unit coming out of the unit.Then to my surprise saw the rotating rubber was out from the small jar.Extremely bad experience. It's very very fragile.I have never been so disappointed before with anything I bought on Amazon.You have to have the jars very carefully once it slips from your hand it breaks.And the worst part is you don't find its spare parts.I really trusted Russell Hobbs,but am not at all satisfied with this product

Received defective product!!The item is faulty and not working at all!! Once removed the package, cleaned use the product but the product isn’t working!!! Very disappointed to receive a faulty product. I would like to receive a refund
