If i want to add some more clear after, what kinda clear would i use? Also, is this enough to spray a 2000 camry

That is a good question, I don't work for speed coat but, I wanted to do the same as you! I wanted the black to look like glass. This paint is amazing if the body work is done right! What I did is sprayed 3 medium coats of the SMR-9705-M on the entire car. Turned out gloss-e-r than I thought...I had already bought the SMR-1150/1102-Q clear coat. I waited 3 days and wet sanded the entire car with 1500 grit sand paper and re-taped the entire car and spayed the above clear coat listed made by the same company and .....WOW!!!! 
  You want Speed Coats   SMR-1150/1102-Q...! The black and the clear have different mix ratios, so pay attention. Also you have to buy the right Activator. I got medium cus the weather is kinda medium. Don't know the temp were you live. I am no expert painter, but once sprayed, you can use rubbing compound and then polishing compound and make it look like glass! 1 gallon will paint your Toyota camery easy. You may also want to think about adding some kind of pearl into the clear if you buy it. I used Silver Ghost and it is a ghost driving down the highway! hope this helps!

It is a single stage paint.  Please check with the manufacturer though for exact application instructions, nozzle size, activator speed, etc. and so on.
