Bought this for work and I love being able to have things in alphabetic order. When I do my return patient phone calls and cannot get the patient I have to try to reach them again and this allows me to keep things in order instead of having to go through several sheets of paper. I can flip right to their name.

I wanted a sorter that would allow me to keep track of my students’ final published writing when I was prepping displays. Identifying student by id numbers (I labeled over the alpha labels) and could easily keep this sorter handy on my desk. I used it for the 25-26 sy and it held up well. Plan to use it again this year for the 26-27 at a new school.

I really like this thing, wish I'd been aware of the concept a long time ago, it would have saved me a lot of headaches and chaos. This is a fantastic organizing tool that lets you quickly sort through paperwork, then when it's convenient you can take the sorter to your file cabinet(s) and all other places you may store things (for example, appliance warranties in a kitchen drawer), and put them away efficiently. I also use it to help me keep track of things that don't nee filing but need to not get lost before I'm ready to deal with them, for example, a receipt that I need to mail in with rebate paperwork. Previously these things would get set aside in various locations or piles or bags or boxes, lost, found again and set aside again, re-sorted through repeatedly, etc. before I got around to filing them. The only thing I wish they had done is made the product, or at least the cover, of a more durable material such as poly/plastic. The description suggests that the cover is plastic but it's really cardboard with a thin film that I suspect will not hold up well. Still, even when it's beat up and dirtied by fingertips it will still be very useful.

Comes with no hole in the inside dividers, so you would have to flip through every one in order to make sure nothing was inside. Easy fix though - flipped back the front and back covers, laid the inside dividers on a piece of scrap wood and drilled straight down through the middle with a 1-1/2" hole saw bit on a drill. Viola - fixed! Got exactly what I wanted at a great price! If you don't have a hole saw, you could always use sharp scissors and cut out a square or circle in the first divider, then trace it onto the second one, then cut and trace all the way through so the all line up. Would take a little longer, but you would still end up with what you want without paying the ridiculous price for one with the holes already there!

When you’re faced with paperwork that cannot be digitized, and you need it sorted for your physical files—especially critical documents as part of your hurricane list—this makes life much easier. I know it’s “just a sorter”, but it’s compact, portable, and if your paperwork doesn’t make it into the filing cabinet, the quality of this holds up while keeping you organized. Highly recommend

Have used these for many years for accounting and love these for quickly sorting paperwork that I don't have time to file and need on my desk but running out of room.

Have only just opened. It is well made but one issue November is missing. It has February in its place. So too late to return. Refer photo and you can see October is following by February then December

Great product. But the front cover was upside down Doesn’t affect the product at all obviously. Just cosmetic
