Nike Men's Downshifter 9 Running Shoes

These shoes are my fav... I have searched across the internet and selected this.... It turned out to be great.... These are the second pair I have boughtThey snug like a sock and don't interrupt Ur movementI found these best for running on threadmill and outdoor activities

Review after 2 months of use. I am a begginer in running and basically my first pair of running shoes.Pros:"The fit was pretty good"-my foot is 9-10 UK, I bought 10 and they are a snuggy fit."Airy AF"- I don't usually like wearing shoes, mostly because my legs get sweaty wearing them.But these are really airy, I wore socks with them while goin for running and my feet are dry even after the run.I think it is because of the mesh material used in it, which is basically a piece of pretty durable cloth(has some cons,more on that later)"Perfect for running"- I usually don't spend much on shoes,I go for below 1000₹ shoes and when I use them for running,I have pain in my knees- I didn't mind that much and thought it is just because of running.I only realised later that shoes a big factor too, to cushion the impact and reduce knee pains, and then for the first time I actually spent more than 1000₹ for shoes and these are those first pair.I felt like I had less or almost no pain using these downshifter 9s and running is pretty good for me now.So I would suggest for a begginer runner to invest a bit on shoes, I mean if you are not running you can use it for casual wearing too.Cons:"Mesh material"As I said before the front part is mesh which is basically a cloth, it has it's fair set of advantages , but a low quality mesh is not much durable and will tear.I'm not saying these have low quality mesh, but after 2 months of use the part where my nail touches has a small tear, still usable though.So, if you're buying these, try to keep your nails short and use socks.Thanks

nike is reliable and trustworthy as always..I was suffering from leg pain due to heavy walk for at least around one hour daily, but then I decided to try nike, and since last three months my leg pain has improved a lot. Thanks to Nike and Amazon.

The rubber sole has come off completely from one shoe and almost more than half on second shoe. Wasted my hard earned money on these shoes. Very disappointed with the quality

This shoe is not at all useful for running or excercise. They are just fashion shoes. No cussion while running. Very hard sole. Feels like running on plastic sole. May be duplicate or meant as fashion wear.

I have used better running shoes from Nike, so I am not a great fan of these. These Vietnamese-manufactured pair are a bit narrow for my liking (either that, or my feet have grown wider during the Covid-19 lockdown). It is a bit uncomfortable to wear the thick cotton socks. I do it, but it's not super comfortable. I am hoping that the shoe would widen a bit after a few weeks of usage. The "lift" that you get from a Nike running shoe (like "Air") is sorely missing in these. Yet, for the price point, I think it is a decent running shoe. It has all the other features one would want of a running shoe: lightweight, snug fit, good sole grip, etc. Be careful on wet surfaces, though.I only hope it lasts long like all the other Nike running shoes I have used earlier.
