This is an OEM part. BTW, my provider wanted to charge my at least four times as much for this part the the one they sent me was defective.

As full face masks go this is one of the better ones, IF it fits you face, it is subjective. Try the different sizes, CPAP techs often go by measurements which mean zip when it comes to getting a proper fit.

Regularly allows head strap to slip out when using my CPAP. Better design is required.
