Ameriwood Vaughn Bookcase, Grey Oak, 91.44 x 30.16 x 180.66 cm

This was the worst thing I've ever assembled, it took 4.5 hours of hell. This is not my first rodeo assembling flat-pack furniture, all of the furniture in my house required assembly. Highlights of this one include screw holes that don't perfectly line up, missing parts, broken parts, inadequate labels, and poor directions... this thing really has it all. Finally got it together, and the color isn't as warm as the picture. It's more of a brown-grey oak with blue undertones rather than the warm, dark, oak color pictured. Not worth the money or the time.

Bought this for my living room and am happy with my purchase. Looks great and once it is complete it is definitely sturdy.Assembly is on the easier side for amazon delivered furniture. What I liked is the backing I always have trouble with had almost a slot to set it in and pre drilled holes for the screws; also you prepped all the pieces then assembled it which is also partly a con. For one of the pieces it has the metal screws that stick out for assembly on both sides so you risk scratching your floor. Second you'll need a good amount of space to spread out the different pieces as you prep them.The doors slide super easy and there's much more storage than expected and it is quite deep.Tip for the side pieces pay attention to which is in which side.

I ordered the same bookcase from another company that sells this brand and I found the holes aligned a million times better than the one I bought from Amazon. Once I put it together, the top of the bookcase is slightly crooked and one cabinet at the bottom is higher than the other. Will not buy this brand of furniture again.

I love the color of this cabinet! It is easily my new favorite piece of furniture. I am pleased with the size of it. and the space for storage. It was a bit hard to assemble, having 20 steps that all had multiple instructions. One thing I do appreciate is that the back panels are screwed in rather than just having cheap nails tacked into it like some other furniture I have purchased. This cabinet is beautiful and seems sturdy enough to hold up for a long time :)

It is easy to put together, but it does take some time, and two people. It is a heavy and durable table , which lots of storage looks beautiful in the home. Literly obsessed with it!
