Tamales

Bought this as a gift, no feedback.

Tamales are incredibly delicious and unlike anything you are likely to have tasted before. Not being an Aztec grandma, I can't vouch for the official authenticity of the recipes but this book is a perfect introduction and gives you a thorough and varied snapshot of the vast possibilities that exist with tamales. Soooo good...make sure you get yourself some good quality Masa Harina before you begin. If you are in London, try the Latin American stall at Borough Market... Oh and don't forget to try the chocolate tamale recipe!
