Practically pajama
Ferrosi is so comfortable it’s practically a pajama.I’ve slept in it comfortably.Fabric is extremely light and thin It offers good ventilation.Fabric also seems strong against abrasion between thigh.I wouldn’t kneel or slide against rough surface as I can see it rip due to thin fabric.Branch might rip it as wellI ran 6 miles in it for test and it was a comfortable run.It is slightly water repellent as small amount of water drips off surface. It is not water resistant against heavy rain as I got soaking wet like I took shower in it.It is great everyday/hiking pants.I would highly recommend this pants to people looking for comfortable outdoor wear for casual activitiesPockets are too shallow for an outdoor pants.Belt loop is too small to fit heavy duty beltsIt seems true to size for me.However, use amazon prime for easy return and exchange since many others had fit issues

Great outdoor Pants
Love these pants they fit well and one of the most important things for me, they breathe well. I am very pleased with fit, the comfort, the fact that they stretch just the right amount and the lightweight tough material that allows for great ventilation. Even though the material is lightweight, it is very durable. My favorite pants at this time. I will defiantly buy several more pairs.

Comfort, style
I dig these pants. I have them in three colors now. They are the absolute best for camping and hiking. Lightweight, breathable ... I debated in my head whether I can get away with wearing them to work. They have that swooshy sound when you walk and one pocket has a zipper but other than than that they have a fairly business casual vibe. So a week or two ago I went for it. Been wearing 'em to work. Makes my walk from the bus to the office so much more pleasant.

Great material, comfortable, little long in the gusset
These are very comfortable pants for hiking, lounging, or whatever activity. My only complaint is that they hang low in the crotch, seems like they could be cut higher in that area to make them less saggy around the upper legs. Otherwise no complaints at all, use them for all sorts of activities.

Solid purchase
These pants fit true to size. They are extremely comfortable, breathable, and water resistant. I intend to purchase a few more for hiking/mountaineering.

Great fit and more breathable than Praana
The tops. I use these in LA for going out just as easily as for AM yoga and climbing. Highly breathable and light while still havimg enough fabric to make a nice pant. Pockets are solid, and fit is excellent. Wish length was included with sizing, but the 32 is a 32 x 32+, giving the perfect length for those oddball 32x33 like i am.

Same material but cheaper craftmanship than previous model
If it ain't broke, why fix it ?Been using several pairs of the last model for the last 7 years, fantastic pants (used to be).A bit sad that the old model is not being made anymore and while it is a cost reduced version the retail price does not reflect it.While there are some minor improvements the majority of differences between this model and the previous one are not flattering. Here are some of the highlights:Positives:-----------Same great fabric as previous generation. The plastic nut for bottom hem tightening is gone.Side pocket have angled entries.Gusseted crutch area (two little holes would have been great as well see Pirana pants, maybe next model)Negatives:------------In-seam vertical stitching is single (used to be doubled in the previous model)Back pockets are cutouts and sewn on ( used to be interior)No zippers on back pocketsBottom hem stitching is single (used to be doubled)Bottom hem tightening is done using a simple elastic band (this will not last)Knee curve redesigned using a single ply stitching (used to be 2 few inches apart providing a smoother curve )Belt loops are stitched to the pants in both the upper and lower part (upper part used to be integrated into the stitching of the waistband)Back belt loop not as wide as previous modelMany stitches are not doubled anymore so this will not last as much as the older modelOther differences:---------------------Front pocket has a horizontal zipper, used to have a vertical oneFront pocket not glued anymore it is stitched insteadOutdoor Research logo not stitched anymore on the back of the waist band

Awesome pants
These feel unlike any pants I've worn. They are incredibly comfortable, durable and cool. I do wish these were treated with insect shield by the manufacturer since they are a perfect hiking pant except for that.

Good pants, no belt
Pants are great, comfortable and very good very quality. Only down side is the pants don’t come with a belt like most outdoor pants do

Great pants, but sized HUGE.
Clothing sizes are already generally inaccurate and tailored towards giving flattering numbers but these definitely run larger. For pants, I'm a tight size 32 most of the time. I bought these in a 32, and they'd probably fall off if I had anything heavy in my pockets. If it weren't too late for me to return them, I would have tried a 30 especially because they stretch.I just measured mine and they're actually a 36" waist. They're nice, light pants. I wish the ankle straps had cord with a button lock rather than just being a stretchy band that you pull on.
