This works much better than the small mat I had before.

The idea of earthing is good for body. I got this item today and I was excited until... Somehow hot and neutral wires are interfaced with the grounding wire in my house electric system. My EMF meter alerted EMF presence in the grounding wire even after tested with an outlet tester. So be sure to test your grounding wire with EMF meter before using pillow cover. Good thing is that EMF was detected from all over the pillow cover = the silver wires are properly functioning. I will create an isolated grounding system apart from the house electric system for the pillow cover use only.

I did not feel the difference and the plug is now stuck in the socket and I can't remove it.

Pretty good earthing sheets. Unfortunately they wrinkle quite easily and you need to iron them to flatten them out. I would give them 5 stars if they fix this issue.
