I started making handmade soap and I wanted a mold that was in a shape that would be easy to hold while in the shower and these are definitely it. They do make a beautiful bar of soap with either melt and pour AND cold process soaps. The only thing I wish it had was a “lip” around the edge so that the bar of soap had a little bit of a curve on the one side rather than being a sharp corner of the soap (see photos) but it’s not a deal breaker. The most important thing for me was the shape of the bar. It makes the perfect hand size bar of soap and the soaps pop right out easily. The molds are fair price and I would recommend them. Also purchased their bee mold, see video. It’s such a beautiful mold!!

These are very nice soap forms and make very pretty bars. They are durable and easy to release the bars once set.. They clean up easily. I would recommend these.

This is for the 2 pack 6 cavity rectangular and oval mold set that I bought for cold process soap making. The molds are just like those pictured and do provide a "cute" raised bee and honeycomb image on the top of the soap. I did a test run using the molds with my castile bar recipe. After pouring and letting set for a few days, the bars released without issue and the imprints are well defined and with no defects. I think these are nice for a hobbyist but would be hesitant to recommend for use if you are actually selling your soap. The problem is the thickness of the mold material being a bit thin. While I am not worried about the molds tearing, the sides of the molds did bulge out a bit on the middle of the sides resulting in slightly non-uniform bars. The image from the bottom of the mold will also be "pushed in" a bit unless you build a small frame to hold the mold up a bit. In my case I had a small frame but move the molds to a flat surface after about 12 hours and ended up with it happening a bit to me along with a bit of overflow. I think most recipes would not have that issue after that amount of time but I wasn't thinking and was doing castile which takes a lot of time to solidify. Overall I do like them and would recommend for home / hobbyist use and personal gift use.

I bought this soap molds for my kids to as an activity during the summer break and we love how perfect the designs came out! We did some with different colored bees and flowers, the soaps always came out great. We used melt and pour soap base for this activity.

I didn’t think I’d like these as I’m an old school baker/candy maker. But these molds make the perfect candy bites. I’ve make rocky road candy, walnut clusters and peanut clusters using these molds. The candy comes out perfectly round each time. Super easy to use and to clean. They are a little flimsy but a cutting board or cookie sheet gives them the perfect platform to rest on.

These work well, hold their shape and release easily.

No complaints. Hard to mess up something as simple as a single piece of molded silicone. I don't think I would use them for soap, too small, but they perfectly satisfy my pastry creation needs.
