Great Looking product
I didn't get around to install the unit for a while. When I was installing the unit the main knob for the front panel was not there; I found it in one of the plastic bags. The knob was broken off of the control. I have tried contacting Amazon but I have not gotten any satisfaction. I bought an extended warranty but I could not find the email contract. Any assistance would be greatly approved.Thank youRobert Strader

Good cheap indash unit
good in dash unit takes a while to open up and does block my A/C vent but that's most likely just my problem even with it getting freezing cold from my A/C still works excellent definitely get what you pay for so unless you want something really good get name brand but it does work my sound system great my subs sound good no distortion but definitely not alot of power coming from this indash unit

Very good stereo and features
GPS and stereo sound not work together, because safety feature, sit GPS works great, screen is very clear on definition and the back up camera work nice when engage reverse.My phone connection is great when receive or call out.The customer service help me with the controls on lights and time set up super fast.After all it is a great stereo.I liked very much and for the price can not be better.Thanks

The seller reached out to me from my previous comments and have made the commitment to improve their tech support. I am confident it will be of great help in the installation of this product. Had a hard time with getting this to work. Has to return it. Amazon tech support did everything they could to help. Spent over and hour on the phone to to avail. This product supplies no direct tech support. Amazon did their very best to help us.

Overall impressed
Pros: Really, really cool looking stereo. A lot of nice features. GPS, Backup camera, SD card reader, very nice screen picture quality, Reads lots of audio and video formats. Installation was a breeze.Cons: I can't figure out is how to stop the colored front panel display from cycling colors. Definitely organize your audio files by band name on each song title. It's just displays all of them together, mixed up on a list. Little outdated GPS maps.Summary great little stereo for the price. Pull the trigger and buy it.

Can Only Set Clock to 24hr, Can't set it to 12hr in the Radio
Can Only Set Clock to 24hr, Can't set it to 12hr in the Radio, The GPS is Fine the Clock is Correct and is on 12hr Setting. Can Not Change Wallpaper (Can only Use The ones that came with it) I wanted to use a Picture as my Wallpaper. The Price For this Radio is Fine, But not what I expected. if I had it to do over I would have bought a Different Brand.

Good for the price
Put this in a '94 truck. Works well for the price. Bluetooth connects quickly and works very well. Backup camera works good and was easy to install. Screen mirroring will only work for Android up to 8.0. Directions provided are not very good but overall I am pleased. Especially for the price and with the backup camera included. Customer service was very helpful.
