Has anyone drilled holes in shower tile to securely screw in this foot rest? I'm nervous to do that, but I guess its fine, right?

Before I put the tile up I put a board between the studs to screw to like you would for a grab bar. If you don't have support behind the tile and put your foot on this you will probably rip it out of the wall.
