Very Uncomfortable – Poor Design and Tight Inner Neck
I honestly don’t know who designed this Billebon Premium Neck Pillow, but it feels like it was shaped after a car accident. The inner neck diameter is extremely tight. Even my brother, who has a narrow neck, couldn’t wear it comfortably. The inner stitching is overly tight and presses against the neck constantly. After just 15 minutes of wearing it, my neck started hurting. Instead of supporting the neck, it creates pressure and discomfort. The material feels soft from the outside, but comfort is not just about fabric — the shape and fit matter more. Unfortunately, this pillow completely fails in ergonomic design. Would not recommend unless you have a very tiny neck. Definitely not worth the money.
