Very sturdy, high quality solution
I had been looking for a holster for my Fenix PD20 flashlight (a single CR123A light) for some time and couldn't find anything small enough. My existing nylon holster was becoming flimsy with wear and I needed to replace it. I had gone through three or four such holsters and was looking for something more durable.I wasn't sure I would like this clip, as it doesn't have a bottom to prevent the flashlight from falling through. But it works surprisingly well and fits snugly. (If it does loosen up, I'll be able to tighten the velcro strap.) Also, I also was concerned that it would stick out too far from the belt, but I don't find that at all. Overall, I am quite pleased with this clip. It looks like it will last a long time.

i was expecting much worse and was surprised at the quality
value wise, this holster is worth 5 stars, but since people want to hear details here is what i have to offer so far. You will hear about this holster being fragile at its rotational axis, I disagree, especially for the price. i was expecting much worse and was surprised at the quality. if you take the amount you paid on this into account when it breaks, I can't imagine anyone not being satisfied. grip is really good on my PD35, it will NOT fall out with the velcro strap affixed. I would take this on mission, confident with its durability, and without a doubt my light is going to be on person at the end. as far as casual use, the rotation is very convenient. I just rotate the lamp until it sits in a comfortable spot while seated or laying down.here are the cons.-sticks pretty far out. probably about 3/8 of an inch until you start getting to your light it feels like.-I have so far had to remove the metal clip and bend it back straight, im guessing when i put weight on it it bends that bracket out a little. I feel this is a testament to the strength of the rotational axis.If your looking at this, you should try this. Its cheap enough and you just might like it as much as I do.

Good holder and the retention system is great.. but....
.. the belt clip broke the first time I attempted to insert a PD35 size light into it. I didn't think I put undue pressure on it but since I was in a hurry and expecting to just "slide" it in to the holder.. I can't expect a refund or return.. I broke it. Just be aware that I while this seems to be a very nice light holder, the belt clip mechanism might not handle any real world stress or strain.

Reliable and tough holst
I am an Auxiliary Police Officer and use this holster with my Fenix TK-21 and also my SD-168 stun-gun/flashlight combo which is larger. I have used this holster for over 1 year now and found it to be everything I need it to be. The swivel works smoothly and holds in place at every notch setting. I have used it in some extreme duty and it has not shown any fray or wear. I don't understand why some are complaining about this holster. I can only stand up for the Fenix reputation of quality and reliability which, to me, is built into this product.

Nice secure holder - Poor durability.
The holder secures your flashlight very well, however the swivel part of the attachment clip is very week. I had it on my duty belt and it broke the first week while getting in the vehicle. After it broke it was easy to see why, the rotating portion is a very small piece of plastic. Weakest link, it's going to break.

Good clip
The only reason why I give this clip 4 stars is because of its difficulty in removing or inserting the light easily. My Fenix PD32 is hard to put in the clip. However I believe the intended purpose of this clip is to keep the flashlight in the clip and "shoot from the hip" so to speak. I don't need it for that purpose. It's a well made clip and will definitely hold your light securely.

Best AA flashlight holder ever!
I always carry a AA flashlight, but previous holders often needed two hands to return the light to th e holster. This holster, after adjustment and a brief break in period, allows retrieval and placement of the light with one hand.Plus it rotates on the belt, so I can light it and aim it forward for hands free lighting operations. This does NOT work as nice as it sounds because shirt tails, my phone case and any jacket tend to block much of the light, and even contortioning the body cannot get the light aimed where needed, BUT it does come in handy in total darkness, providing just enough light to see where you are stepping.

It does the job, but is isn't very durable
I am on my third one of these holsters now (just ordered). They hold the Fenix lights fairly well, but the durability of the item is questionable. Firstly, after a period of time, the holster will loosen up a bit at the pivot point and begin to rotate fairly easily in a 360 degree direction. This is because they have a plastic bracket, with plastic teeth, attached to a steel clip. This leads to the second problem. When using this daily and moving about, it's easy for it to snag on things (doorways, chairs, etc) and again, having a plastic peg that is secured to a steel clip makes for an easy breaking point. Once this peg breaks, you'll have to buy another one. I think this product would be so much better if they would use a steel swivel to attach to the steel clip. It would be very rugged and near perfect. Sadly, this isn't the case and I just have to continue buying them as the cheap plastic peg breaks at some point and the whole pouch ends up on the ground, with the steel clip left on my belt.Update 6/16/14: I broke yet another one of these because the metal clip joining to a plastic post is just too weak. I have now dropped my rating of this product to one star. I have gone through FOUR (4) of these units now and they truly are just a piece of junk. I have now spent more on the holsters for this light than on light itself (a Fenix PD32).

Breaks away from spin connection...
I just got this product, and although I am happy with its design and functionality, within one day of it on my belt I have had an issue with it breaking away from its attached clip. I guess because it is designed to spin, it can also detach from that connection point... I am unsure I will be able to keep using it due to this issue. I am hoping for some advice if this is a defect or if I'm stuck. Thanks.
