Very good and useful gadget

Bought for £28 which is pretty reasonable for a stick blender and mini chopper. Both work really well. only used a handful of times so far, and so far so good. The blender is metal - my last one was plastic which started to melt as I was using it in a hot saucepan of soup! The chopper is great too for chopping onions and garlic etc...

Been using for a few weeks and no problems. Sturdy and easy to use.

Useful but of kit.

It’s been a long time since I’ve written a review on Amazon, i had to this time. I honestly did not expect it to be this good considering the low price. As soon as it arrived i made a smoothie and i was shocked from its quality ,yesterday used it again to make Salsa. It works great and has solid built.( did not try the whisk yet) exactly what i wanted. Highly recommend it. Update : From 5*to 3* I attached pictures of the whisk after the very first use. I was lucky enough that missed my eyes and face. Very disappointed.

Stopped working after 5 uses. Used to make soap. Worked extremely well on larger 10kg batches briefly. Easy to clean. Thankyou. Nice button to press for shorter bursts. Cord could be longer but used extension so it's fine no tripping over long cord. This started to run itself while plugged in but not in use. smoke & flame appeared from the join so tried it on surge protected extension but 🔥 flames reappeared.

When i first received this i was disappointed that it looked cheaply made but gave it the benefit of the doubt as it had good reviews. The first time i used it, i put onions and herbs in the chopper attachment. I was really pleased at how powerful it was. However, the next occasion i took it out to use it didn’t work. The motor unit worked when i pressed the speed buttons, but the chopper attachment wouldn’t work. I was really disappointed. I’ve also used the blending head for making smooth soups which didn’t make the soups as smooth as I would’ve liked even though i blended for quite a while.

So far I am very happy with this purchase. It can’t be separated for easy cleaning but I had a Russell Hobs before this and it broke at the connection of the 2 halves which it made it a weak spot. For cleaning this one, I put it in a jug of hot water, switch it on and let the blades clean themselves and the rinse it under the tap. I have ME/CFS-FM and I like to blend frozen vegetables twice a day for my vegetable smoothie with nuts added in and this blender, blends into a nice smooth drink with no lumpy bits. Delivery was 2 days before expected so a good purchase all round.
