Such a great flashlight in such a small package!
I came across this flashlight while reading an article about camping. I thought "wow, this is expensive" but I figured I'd give it a try. I'm sure glad I gave it a shot, because I love it! It is such a great product in such a small package. I like being outdoors and I like being prepared so I usually carry a little backpack in the trunk of my car, a pack ready for adventure. I have used this flashlight quite a lot since I got it and not only for the outdoors, but for projects around the house. I love the small size and the magnet on the end of the flashlight! Being able to find some metal to stick the flashlight to while I work is great! I'll see how long it lasts, but for now I am super happy with it!

Oh hell yeah!!!
This is the brightest and smallest light I’ve ever owned, all the modes are easy to run through. I really like the fact I can use this as a headlamp and clip it to the brim of my hat. I do a lot of backcountry hunting 7-10 day trips and having a super bright, compact lightweight light like this is so nice. The CR123 batteries suck cause they are so expensive but one spare with this will last me a week in the backcountry. The 0.8 lumen is awesome to look at maps at night or read a book. Click it up to 8 lumen and you can clearly walk trails. 80 lumen setting is nice for just about any work you need to do that requires good illumination and the 500 lumen is so bright that it’s blinding, definitely worth having that much power in case of emergency situations.

Nice EDC light
I carry this as my EDC all the time, it goes into my pocket whenever I put my keys in there. Nice brightness and it holds a charge really well. I've accidentally dropped this on hard surfaces several times and it still works great. I'm taking a star off because it does fail to turn on every so often and the only way I can fix it is to remove the battery and put it back in. It is almost like it needs to be rebooted every so often, which is obviously not what is happening but I've had to do this 3 times now since I've had it. Other than that, it has been a great addition to my EDC.

INTERESTING LITTLE LITE
I like it but the strobe lite function does not work and the instruction to make it work make no sense at all. I have not tried the timer function for fear of something going wrong and I would not use it anyway. The base has a magnet in it but there was also an extra magnet in the package and I have no reason why? Very confusing. I watched a youtube video on this light and I noticed that the total time (moon glow) on the package was listed at 40 days (and all functions worked) where as the one I received is listed as 25 days. This tells me there are at least two versions of this lite and someone is not telling the whole truth or is supplying old versions of the lite to customers. This is the first Olight I have purchased and will probably be the last.

A little expensive but great EDC flashlight
Love the size of this light magnetic cap is really handy as well however in the instructions it claims there are four brightness modes when in reality there are only three. Not sure if this is exactly 500 lumens either as my Fenix pd22 seems to be just as bright and is only about 220 lumens. If they took ten bucks off their asking price for this flashlight I'd say it's the perfect EDC light if you don't mind not using a double-a or Triple-A battery. Just bummed out they claimed it had 4 brightness modes in it only has 3. It also does get very hot in the hand if using it on brightest setting for more than 3 to 5 minutes.

Super quality compact light.
This is a fantastic EDC (Every Day Carry) flashlight. It's very compact and fits comfortably in a pocket. The multi-beam features are useful for different situations. The clip is removable and the back has a magnet for mounting the light on metal surfaces. Great quality high-end aluminum frame. I use Surefire 123 batteries and have had great results with the high light. The quality and construction of the flashlight is superb. The only improvement I'd make is if they could make it in the USA instead of overseas.

Great light. Battery was DOA though.
Great little light that's right at home tucked into a jean pocket. Even small enough to fit into those tiny things they call pockets on womens jeans.Only reason for the 3 start is the battery that came in the bundle came deader than a door nail. It was an out of package olight battery so there is no way to tell what the expiration date for the batteries are. Luckily I had some 123 batteries laying about.

Practically indestructible!
I love this flashlight. It's lightweight, compact and practically bulletproof. I accidentally left the light in the pocket of my jeans and ran them through a load in the washing machine. Full immersion, wash, rinse and spin. The light still worked on the same battery!I'm planning on purchasing another light from Olight. The next one will be a little bigger. If you purchase this light, plan on ordering the rechargeable CR123 batteries and charger. The standard batteries are a little bit hard to find and are about $7 each unless you get a deal.
