Really nice

Wow it’s lovely, I have about 3 cups from one tea bag it’s great! 10/10 quality and taste. It’s definitely got a calming effect. Too soon to say if it works for bloating yet I’ll give it another week.

Good taste and it's seem works well. The only problem is that no where they advise to drink more often than normal. After 4 days I start to get a headache, I stopped it for 2 days and make some research and I discovered that I have to drink one or two glasses of water after an hour to avoid dishidratation.

Excellent value, it really works

This tea tastes very nice and a perfect drink for warm days. It hasn't had any effect on my water retention, so it is rather expensive for me.

This has helped with my water retention problems, quite effective. I mix with other tea bags so the tastes are not great when mixed but they help the natural way, sometimes add a bit of orange or lemon juice for taste improvement. Reusable twice so good value

really really good tea

I bought these to try for water retention as I get swollen feet/ankles. I didn't notice much change after drinking a few cups a day but if you like green tea you will maybe enjoy these. I think they taste lovely. Great quality in individual packets. Easy to use. Maybe a little bit pricey but I would use them again as I did enjoy them

This is exactly what it says it is I’m not sure it increases your urination, but it doesn’t taste bad fairly healthy as far as I can tell
