On the images it looks like it has a cd player but this must be a dummy drawer very misleading other than that I found the setting up very easy and quick with the vocal instructions, another make I had took hours. I bought the Lenovo this time because I have a desktop Lenovo which has been very reliable unlike the last laptop of a different make I had.

I'm really happy with this laptop. It functions very well and looks really great. It feels like the screen quality is a little washed out, especially when viewed head on, but I've got used to it now and if you tilt the screen further back, the quality improves. Would definitely recommend this item!

I was recommended this laptop by a friend, it really is a quality bit of kit, boots up in 5 seconds, I've had it a few months now and nothings changed, you will not be disappointed

I bought this and then just outside the replacement period, the camera stopped working. Irritating as we use it a lot but Lenovo were very quick to pick it up, take it to Warrington and then return it in less than a week. With a letter saying All Quality Checks complete. What a joke - camera still does not work , and the repair note says they have replaced the SSD drive. So someone else did not get their drive replaced! Crap, unless you do not need a camera....

I bought this laptop in April 2020 and broke the screen today only to find that that machine is actually SIX years old being manufactured in 2014 . The part is no longer avalible so the whole thing is now scrap . I am furious and have requested my money back

What can I say I shopped around for a good solid reliable laptop and I found it.
