The satin covers protect your hair from the damage the foam can do in drying your hair out.
I bought them to replace the foam on my Caruso steam hair rollers,but they are too small, so I had to buy a bigger size.

ALTHOUGH THEY DO NOT LAST FOR A LONG TIME, THEY ARE INEXPENSIVE TO REPLACE.

Not Well Made
I initially gave the rollers a high review, but after using them twice the plastic clasp that closes the roller splits and breaks off. Not well made. I didn't have this problem with satin rollers I purchased from Walmart that are over 10 yrs old.
