lacking the quality you expect from porter cable
Lets start off with a little background. I have a wood shop. Building flag cases, chessboards, craftsman furniture, ect... I am not new to using biscuits. I purchased a case of #20 a little over a year ago, almost gone through them. I have not had one swell or deform over the past year, sitting in a drawer in my shop. These #10's are coming out of the sealed plastic bag with issues. One out of every three are thicker then what will fit in the cut joint. They are starting to delaminate and come apart. It is not what I expect coming from a name brand tool company. I have had better luck getting cheaper Chinese biscuits.I know, you can toss them in the microwave to dry them out. You can hammer them slightly to re compress the wood. And i would be fine doing that, if the problems were due to the biscuits sitting around my shop picking up moisture in the air. These are just manufactured poorly. I think I will stick to the cheaper Chinese packs for my next purchase of biscuits. Sorry Porter Cable, but you let me down again with your subpar products.

Porter Cable NO. 10's
Buying in Bulk seems to be the best move to make these days. The smaller packed items are too costly and just in the savings in gas to get them make it worth it. These biscuits are of the same quality as those in smaller packs and they work great. Now that I found these in quantity packs I will never buy them in small packs again. And the best news of it all is they are Made In America. That sells it for me. I try my hardest to buy only Made In America. I want to keep this country working vs. saving 3 cents. And there is no better quality found.

This box contained so many biscuits I don't think I will every use them all. The are a little bigger then the standard size as expected but still work great.

Good Product Good Price
I love biscuit joiners and Kreg joing system. Sometimes I use them both on the same project. This biscuits came on time and at a good price. I would buy from them again

Great value for biscuits
These are the exact same #10 biscuits that I buy at the local home centers. Been paying a little over 7 cents per biscuit. This deal is 2.346 cents per biscuit. The only problem so far has been a few broken pieces and several are way thinner than usual. I use the broken pieces where I have a half-slot.

These are junk even for hobbyists
Porter-Cable used to mean quality but,out of a 500 count order,there are 90 which are far too fat to fit into a slotand another 100 or so that are too skinny to seat firmly.I bought 1000 Lamello biscuits and every one was the correct size.

You get like a gajillion in the box
Stop buying these at the local big box store for 9 bucks for 50 or 100, or whatever. Get this big ass box of biscuits and never be in need for them ever again! You get like a gajillion in the box. I'll never get through this box of biscuits. Pass the butter and honey, I'm going in!

was replacing columns on my open porch these worked great for this project, uniform size and thickness.

Nice - but not consitant size
They are of different thicknesses not consistent and some are even to thick, the ones that are loose do not notice as much but they are not consistent with a nice snug fit.... I'd day 10% are to thick to use. Other than that they are working. Going to vernier them and through out to thin and thick soon.

They're biscuits ! They're fine. My last project I used nearly 100 on an end table, piecing together boards. The container I used was nearly $20 for 125. For $42 I got 1000 !
