The wallet itself could be better or more options of styles but the engraving was great and I believe it is a family business

So I ordered this for Father’s Day knowing it would be a few days late. Well they messed up my first order and had to start over, then it seems like the wallet got held up somewhere in shipping, so it didn’t arrive until July 9th. Father’s Day was June 21st. That’s around three weeks later than I thought. Also customer service is strange. I contacted them once and they told me I needed to email them again on Monday because it was the weekend. Well where I was it was the middle of the day on Friday, my bad. So I thought it was odd that they couldn’t just respond to my initial email on Monday, whatever, I emailed them again. That’s when I found out they messed up the first wallet. They eventually sent some tracking information my way, but it was useless because it seemed like no one actually knew when my wallet would get here. The initial expected delivery date was June 26th, obviously that didn’t happen. When I did receive the wallet after ordering it over a month ago (June 5th), it was pretty good. Far from perfect. The front picture was a little high because they have the wallets brand in big letters on the front. And the wording on the back was not centered entirely either. See attached pictures. Luckily, my boyfriend loved it, that’s why it gets three stars. The ordering, shipping, and communication is bad but the product is alright in the end. I probably won’t buy anything else from this seller.

I was pleasantly surprised, the wallet arrived earlier than the expected arrival date, which was great. The wallet it self, is good quality material, with plenty of pockets/ slots. I don't like that it has a zipper pocket, because it makes it thinker. The size of the wallet is a little big too, but holds plenty. The Quality of the picture came out really well! I was impressed with the likeness to the photo I submitted. I wasn't too happy with the quote on the back though. When customizing the order, it would not let me break the quote down into multiple lines. The font was centered and very big, when i set it as small and on the bottom. Overall though, the wallet is a very lovely customized gift that i think they will love.

This is going to be a great gift to give my fiance I love it I put our entire family on the front with a sweet quote on the back this is the same price you would pay for a regular wallet in most stores but you get the added benefit of something sentimental. The leather fake leather probably isn't the best but the inside of the wallet is great it's got a place for coins lots of room for cards and money I would definitely buy this again, if I had someone to do that for. Definitely recommend! I was nervous the whole time if it would turn out nice and it really did turn out beautiful .

Bought it as a 16th birthday gift for a cousin and the photo engraving was beautiful but in huge letters is the company's name on the front of the wallet under the engraving. It really is the first thing you see because you are trying to figure out the name. The wallet got passed around at the party but I could not tell you how many asked why that was under the photo engraving! Please put your logo elsewhere. Wallet was perfect other than that.

The overall product looks amazing, with the picture would have been more centered on the wallet, which it wasn't. Also upon receiving it late, which was a disappointing factor as well. I was touching over to see how it was etched or burned the image, and the ink was rubbing off. It is not as dark as it first came in the mail, so I am not sure how soon the picture will fade, because its not etched deep and the ink continues to rub off

I really loved the look of the wallet!! So cute and made my husband and I cry because of how cute it is! Only thing I was upset about is that when he unzipped the little coin part, the zipper broke off within 2 minutes of having it

My only complaint is that the photo on the wallet was not centered. It’s an otherwise perfect gift for a loved one!
