Sturdy bit of kit
Never made french bread before, these make it a doddle, I overproved some dough unfortunately, so made 2 long doughs, straight onto this and then Into the oven, really good! Would have been better if my dough wasn't overproved lol

Lovely demi-baguette pan
I've had this pan about a month and I really appreciate it.It's been great for making gluten-free baguettes. Without gluten, they need a little support to maintain a nice shape, and this pan has worked very well. I'm using a recipe that uses millet flour/potato starch/sorghum flour and psyllium husk as a gluten replacement, if that makes any difference to you.I've made about 8 rounds of demi-baguettes and there has never been an issue with sticking or with the nonstick surface peeling away onto the bread. The baguettes release very easily, even right out of the oven. No issues even with a honey wash at 250°C. It easily rinses clean every time.I was so afraid of buying a crappy pan that wouldn't work well, and this one has been a pleasant surprise. I love being able to have baguettes again!

Pretty good
Not as wide as I'd expected but good sturdy material. I should have used a lining of some sort as proving the bread to shape, in the tray overnight in the fridge, meant some of the dough began to poke through the holes and got stuck when I baked. You live and learn.

Excellent trays for baguettes
I purchased two of these, mainly due to space for storage or fitting in the fridge. I also purchased a bakers cloth but shouldn't have as clean linen tea towels work just as well. These trays are heavy, but can be stacked for storage and fit in my baking drawer. I lined with linen tea towels heavily floured before putting my shaped baguettes in. I bake sourdough and wanted to try baguettes. The trays keep the dough in shape and then just remove the tea towels and put the dough on and into the oven. I did try preheating but they cooled down quite quickly, so I won't do that in future. They baguettes cooked well and i like the little dotty indentations on the bottom of the loaves. British made so definitely a winner with me!

Great choice
Returned a different make due to coating coming off. Purchased this one - far superior; heavier and stronger construction and the coating is visibly better

good product exactly as described
good product exactly as described, we use it for gluten-free bread and a little olive oil as we let the bread rise and does not stick, sturdy so does not bend as in use.

Sturdy.
This is a well made and robust piece of kit, but I find that loaves are difficult to remove cleanly.I do my second prove in the racks and inevitably some dough will expand into the micropores and this causes it to stick. I've tried drier dough and different oven temperatures, but it still sticks. Today I floured them and still they stick.Am missing a trick?

Perfect baggette
This is a really good strong baggette baking tray that even puts the little dimples on the underneath,If you make your own baggettes I can recommend this, it is very strong but easy to clean.
