Freestanding Tub Filler

Great looking tub faucet. This one is nicer than a comparable priced faucet I bought online from a big box store and returned. Responsive customer service and will customize hose sizes for a concrete slab install where the other brand I tried just referred me to big box stores that don’t carry these style hoses for freestanding tub. faucets.

As the company grows I hope they continue to provide the support that got me here. My brushed nickel tub filler arrived in perfect condition and the installation went very easy and smooth. The quality is excellent and the price is so inexpensive compared to the ones sold at plumbing supply houses. I could not be happier with my decision to buy from this company. This tub filler looks fantastic in my remodeled bathroom! I am very happy with the quality of the parts and it provides great water flow to fill my tub quickly. Since my bathroom is on a slab, the original hoses were longer than needed, so I called customer service and they offered to send custom length hoses immediately! The representative was very friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the quick support. Overall, I am very satisfied with this purchase.

UPDATE: We received the new water lines within 5 days. They were just the right length. Once installed, the tub filler had excellent pressure and filled the bathtub quickly. The product is sturdy, attractive, and a good value. I would purchase from this company again. **Make sure you assemble the provided lines in the tub filler before installation to be sure you have the right length. Customer service did an excellent job getting us the new lines we needed quickly. Call as soon as you can, so your installation isn’t held up.** The tub filler looks great- simple design. We had an issue with the supply lines being too long. I contacted customer support and they sent out new lines to us.

Looks great. Can't get a sturdy mount to the floor. Wobbles a little. For the price, they are not bad.

My Plumber and I just opened the box to our new Wowkk Tub Faucet, and all he and I can say is “wow,” what a fantastic Faucet it is: it’s extremely well made, made with high-quality materials, and superior craftsmanship and engineering, not to mention how it looks (in my newly renovated/high-end primary bathroom renovation project)! In summary, I challenge anyone to find anything close to this high-end tub faucet for this price. You’ll be happy you ordered it. One more critical thing, the customer service concerning this product (I had one small thing I needed some help on) was fantastic! I was given Immediate and excellent customer service…another thing this product and company should be recognized for! Well done to everyone for your help!!

Ordered this based on the style, oil-rubbed bronze finish, great price, and positive reviews. Just received the standalone tub filler and am very impressed with the quality. The hoses are a bit too long for my installation, but as others have mentioned here, the company offered to send custom-length hoses in 5-6 days.

It looks nice! We just received the tub filler and the hoses are too long. We called customer service and they are now sending us new shorter hoses. Great customer service!

The tub filler arrived quickly and the packaging was amazing, they even provided cotton gloves to handle the faucet so you don’t scratch. The faucet looks beautiful and i love the look of the handheld. We haven’t installed it as of yet, so no photo, since the waterline that was provided is too short. Customer service was prompt and willing to send us longer hoses. Looking forward to the final install, and hoping the tub filler works as well as it looks. Definitely worth the money!!
