Hole spacing was incorrect, rendering product unusable
Edit: Several days after CNY ended I still hadn't heard from the seller. I really want to give the benefit of the doubt; it's possible the seller has been affected by Coronavirus quarantines, and is unable to address Amazon reviews. But I am to the point now where I kinda doubt they care. I'll be returning the item, and I recommend getting the FYSETC brand version of this same base instead.I normally would reach out to customer service to give them a chance to solve a problem like this, but I can't find any contact information here, and Amazon seems only to have the option to review the seller instead of reaching out to them. Hopefully when Chinese New Year is over, I'll hear back about this review and be able to amend it with good news that my problem was solved.I don't know if it was just my specific 3 point leveling plate, or if it's all of them, but for my standard Ender 3 (not Pro), the spacing for the 4 center holes that hold the wheels was incorrect. It was at least 2mm narrower than the holes drilled in the stock 4-point base that came with the printer. As a result, no matter how I adjusted the two wheels with eccentric nuts, the wheels were far too close together to properly fit in the groove of the Y extrusion. This isn't a case of "too much tension," just straight up didn't fit on there no matter what I tried.Hopefully mine was just machined poorly and the seller will replace it for me quickly. If and when I hear from them I'll update this review. If I don't hear from them by February 10 (2 days after Chinese New Year ends), I will be returning the item.

LEVEL and FLAT Aluminum plate at a discount
I had to file and sand this plate, the condition it was received in looked like it had been taken out of a pile of machined parts and wrapped with plastic cling wrap. So the amount of aluminum powder on my shop floor, yeah. In any case, if this part was a dollar more, and completely finished instead of sharp enough to cut a banana in half, it would have received 5 stars. Loss of one star for the 20 minutes I had to spend on working a part -that should have been a bit more useful out of the box. If i have to, id buy it again but the price needs to go lower for this to be worth it.

Emotional attachment is bound to stick
Rough cut and blurred. Some time with a file to a handlable edge. One needs to upgrade the stock springs, supply a series of washers to balance the heat bed correctly because of the wire harnesses added thickness. Overall a useful upgrade to finding a state of level like no other. Rick would be proud.

Good product but metal shavings everywhere.
Product works well. Only problem is it was not finished. I ended up with some metal shavings in my fingers. Took a rough sand block to it to knock off all the small metal shavings.Wear some gloves to begin with and it is a great product.

Sharp edges, functions great
Worked good for ender 3 pro. I did take one star off because the edges were sharp and I had to debur all of the aluminum as to not cut myself.

Screw holes too close together...
The screw holes for mounting the idler wheels are too close together. The ender 3 uses an eccentric nut to loosen and tighten the wheels, but there is no position you can put the nut where wheels have a chance of fitting. I had seen other reviews to this effect, but assumed that the issue was probably addressed more recently, or that the reviewer wasn't using the eccentric nuts properly. I have attached a photo of the original ender 3 bed plate lying overtop of this one, so you can see the difference.

Ender 3, Y carriage plate upgrade
I guess what they say it’s true, you really get what you pay for, this product was in bad shape when I received metal shavings all over cut myself a couple of times, after giving it the benefit of the doubt the stupid thing had the wrong dimensions for the wheel holes in my Ender-3 my adviser spend the extra $10 bucks for the original 3 point plate balance don’t waste you time and money with this product.
