Had it for a week and LOVE it
I've had this watch for a little over a week and I love it. I will say this, initially when I got it, it was dead. I turned on my phones flash light and put my phone on the charger and let the watch sit there about 3" away from my phones flash for probably about 30 minutes before it started moving, and about an hour or so until the second hand started moving one second at a time indicating that it was charged enough to actually work.Setting the time was a bit complicated, but luckily citizen has an app where you register your warranty, and once you've done that, they have videos on how to use the watch, so it took me about 5 minutes to get the time and everything else set, and after I set it I had to reset the time again because the time doesn't track while you're setting it up, and the time is the first thing you do, so by the time you finish, the time is wrong again, lol.Outside of setting it up, the watch is awesome. It looks fantastic, and I feel like I got a great deal on it. I hope it lasts as long as they say it lasts. I read an article that claims that a 20 year study was done on the eco-drive technology, and that after 20 years the battery still maintained 80% capacity, so that's pretty incredible. Plus the fact that it is basically charging while you're wearing it is awesome.Edit - October 2020I purchased the watch in December 2019, and I've worn it nearly ever day since. I still love this watch. The black coloring has faded a little bit on the band, but otherwise it's still a great watch. I purchased a second citizen watch, but this time is was the collectors star wars darth vader watch.

Unlucky buyer
I did quite a bit of searching before I bought this watch. When I received it I was disappointed that it would not reset to my time zone. The second hand clicked every 2 seconds vs every second. I also bought the Titanium AT 4010-50e at the same time. I had absolutely no issues with that one. I am guessing I was one of the unlucky buyers who received a defective product. I am returning it and will not purchase another one. What happened to quality control?It has a high quality feel and look, therefore 2 stars instead of 1.This is an updated post. After doing even more research, I learned that the watch just needed to be charged. After going through the charging and initial setup, It is wonderful.Great looking, feels perfect in weight, dead on time and most impotant to me is I can see what time it is clearly. I have other more expensive watches, but need my cheaters to see the time. Not with this.

Doesn’t funcfion
The media could not be loaded.
I was sent a watch that doesn’t function. I took it to a jeweler who said that the watch can only be opened by sending it to citizen. You would assume there’d be a quality control check before it’s sent out to confirm the hands are functioning. I guess not. Waited 2 weeks to receive it and wasted time going to a Jeweler for nothing

I can't think of a better watch
I love this watch. There's not a whole lot to say other than that. It always works and I never have to set it (beyond quickly adjusting for daylight savings time). I get a lot of compliments on its looks, because it looks amazing. I also bought a brown leather, Panerai-style band on eBay so I can change up the look from time to time. My only minor complaint is that the reflective finish of the inner dials can be tough to read in certain light at certain angles. It took me a long time to pick out this watch and I have absolutely no regrets. If you want a watch that looks great, always works, and always has the correct time, I can't think of a better one.

very sharp looking and functional watch
Researched a lot of watches and it came down to this one. I never did see it in person so a bit of a gamble and I was worried about the watch getting enough light to charge, especially in the northwest. I've had it since January and the charge has been fine, either full or one down from full. This is one sharp looking watch. I like it because it's casual but also can be dressed up. Also the no maintenance is great. No battery, no date setting and no time setting. Some of the sub dials are hard to read in certain light and the lume is good but not great. Overall I'm very happy, great watch.

stylish and rugged
Would recommend this watch even though the first one I received was having mechanical issues and the band broke. Amazon sent me another one and no issues at all settung time and date was straight forward following the instructions from the my citizen app.

Great for everyday wear!
Beautiful watch.. great for everyday wear. You never have to worry about setting the time, radio time sync works great, even in Canada... the face size is perfect for normal size hands. I've had Citizen watches for years now and they are the most reliable watches I have (11 now)' the best part is you never have to worry about changing batteries. My first Citizen watch I got, I was 15 and 20 years later it still works.

Fantastic but complex watch
A really comfy, good looking watch. Very complex to initially set up, took me a while to calibrate the hands and figure out the set up process. Once done it's very acurate. Easily readable in both daylight and nighttime. It's a thick watch however I was expecting this due to owning other ecodrive citizen watches.
