These are great noodles they blend in with any sauce and all I do is soak them in warm water till soft no boiling! Add to your sauce or veggies and enjoy the flavor

Great product, horrible instructions
The instructions say to soak in room temperature water for 2 minutes and then add the pasta to hot tomato sauce. I thought that sounded weird but figured they must know how to cook their own product - they clearly don't. I just ended up, as you would expect, with hard uncooked noodles in tomato sauce.I was going to ask the manufacturer to replace it as I thought both the pasta and sauce were ruined, but I did manage to save it, here's how in case anyone else makes the mistake of following their directions:I added a splash of water and stirred the uncooked noodles in it until absorbed, and repeated this until the pasta was cooked. I probably added around 10 splashes of water before it was cooked so you can probably add about half a cup of water.I may re-purchase this, but won't follow their directions and will let them know they don't work. The only reason I took 2 stars off is because of the bad instructions that caused me to almost lose the pasta, the sauce, and the time to prepare it.

tastier than corn pastas but dont follow the (vague) cooking instructions!
Now that I've ditched the package directions, I actually like this stuff pretty well!Whatever you do, don't go off the package's exceptionally vauge instructions. It tells you to soak the noodles for a couple minutes, then cook in sauce for another couple of minutes. This will leave you with some VERY crunchy noodles in a bowl of sauce. It's not good. In fact, it's horrible!Treat these like any other noodle. Put in a pot of water, simmer/boil until the noodles are soft and tender. You'll like it better this way!
