I’ve tried many protein brands - Dymatize, ISO100, Gold Standard, Kirkland, generics, etc. etc. I’ve been trying to stray away from “artificials” when I can, and the Naked protein I tried just before this was literally just pure whey protein.. but it was DISGUSTING and didn’t blend right. This protein blends perfectly, is smooth, tastes great, does well alone or in a smoothie, and doesn’t upset my stomach at all! It’s on the pricier side but I can’t go back to other proteins after seeing how simple the ingredients are in this.

Best vanilla flavored protein powder I've tried. I have been using protein powders and shakes for 10yrs post gastrectomy. I really on them to reach protein goal. This is hands down the only vanilla flavor that isn't cloying sweet and carry over after taste. Also if you can find it on sale jump on it. It's expensive. Sold at Walmart too but not always cheaper so compare when you can.

I bought this protein powder because the ingredients list is short and doesn't include anything I can't have (I have dietary restrictions), and the ingredients sounded high-quality. I lift weights and often need supplemental protein, especially on lifting days. My husband uses a different brand of whey protein that has a much longer ingredients list with things I can't have, and smells a bit musty, so it turns me off. The protein is a bit of a disappointment. My two major issues with it is that 1) it smells and tastes a bit like soap, and 2) it doesn't dissolve well in water (either warm or cold water), and the bits that don't dissolve will float to the surface and are kind of chewy. It's also rather expensive. I am still using the protein powder, as these aren't deal-breakers for me, but my husband dislikes it enough that he avoids using my protein powder. It does the trick, and it might still be worth it for folks like me who need to know what they're putting in their bodies, but if you don't have restrictions, you might want to go with a different brand.

Disappointed, have been using Tera’s for some time now. Recently opened a vanilla flavored protein powder and it’s almost not usable. The smell & taste is of plastic and the texture just as bad, won’t mix in easily. Going to have to trash it and maybe try a different brand.

I always have this in stock in my house. My husband and I both love it. It has a gentle vanilla taste and mixes much easier than a lot of other protein powders I have tried. The texture is smooth and not chalky at all. I also love the container it comes in. So many other proteins come in bags that are difficult to close.

My husband and I have been using Tera's Whey Bourbon Vanilla powder to make breakfast smoothies for over two years. It worked well with bananas and cocoa, equally well with mixed berries. Our last purchase arrived in the newly designed containers. Upon opening, the texture of the whey was less powdery than before and there was an offputting smell and, after we separately made our smoothies, an unpleasant taste that was consistent with the smell. The only change from the ingredients listed on the old and new packaging is the vanilla - formerly listed as organic vanilla and now as Natural Bourbon Vanilla flavor. The latter sounds like something created in a lab. Regardless, neither my husband nor I can fathom continuing to use the product. To make matter worse, we can't return the 2 24 oz cans we purchased. If we had ordered from the manufacturer we could at least return the one we haven't opened (although I can't figure out how you'd know you didn't like the product without opening it),

I love this protein powder. It has a lovely mild flavour that's not too sweet and tera's whey has a good reputation for high quality protein powders.

This is so yummy i love having it with porridge, but its a bit pricey for the size.
