Not much of a muffin and had to throw out 2 of them until I realized that they come out as if part of the insides of a cake. Just didn’t turn out right for me. Wish they were sold as individual paks so I don’t have so manyUpdate: so I realized my microwave was over cooking it. I cooked it at 45 seconds and added a little more water and it turned out yummy and not dried out. Will try our the other flavors. Really helps my keto cravings

These taste great for low sugar, however I think it's a pretty small amount for the price.

The flavor is wonderful! They are a perfect treat on a low carb diet. I tried the chocolate chip cookie cup and it was like eating a warm cookie center. There's a slight hint of coconut, but I love coconut so that was okay for me. I wish more flavors were available! I look forward to trying more of them. While spendy, frankly, the convenience is worth the price to me. Great idea and thanks to Birch Benders for creating this!!!!

These cups are amazzzzziiinngggg. I have ordered the birthday cake and the chocolate chip cookie. I was sent a brownie one in error but ended up loving that one as well. Chocolate chip cookie is my favorite but I will be repurchasing all 3! I follow a ketogenic diet and have to have something sweet after dinner each night... these fit my macros and taste so good!

I’m on keto, as most of you are, and as y’all know there’s tons of alternatives for sweets, but they all have that nasty aftertaste and “gritty” texture.. gross.BUT THIS, THIS is where you want to throw your money at! With just 60 seconds and 2 TBSP’s of water creates thus FLUFFY, NO AFTERTASTE, delicious warm chocolate chip cookie.. pure heaven! I’ll control to purchase birch benders 💜

I have been on Keto for about 8 months and have lost 25 pounds. I heard about this product on KetoConnect and couldn't wait to order them. I got the chocolate chip cookie and I just can't believe how delicious this is!! I even added whipped cream and mixed it all together and I was in heaven. Can't wait to try other flavors as well.

Pretty good substitute for a cookie. It takes like a cookie but more texture of cake. Worth a try!

I liked them but my girlfriend tought it was too sweet. I will buy for myself next time.
