Replacement Canopy Top Cover for The Lowe's North Haven Swing - Will Not Fit Any Other Model

My rating is based upon about what really matters, durability. Color doesn't really matter, it matches close enough. Not difficult to install if you think about it before you get started (replacements do NOT come with instructions). And remember we're talking mid range patio/deck furniture. This is my second replacement canopy, an original and 2 replacements over 6 years. We don't have extreme weather in Virginia (I bring the canopy in for the winter) The canopies don't last.... for a few dollars more we could get a better quality fabric that would last. The damage usually occurs after a heavy rain., fabric stretches and rain collects.... So I anticipate replacing this cover every two years.... So what are you going to do? Replace it when it rips or go without. Just thankful they make replacements, sorry they make poor quality replacements

Needed a replacement due to age and tearing of the old one. This one fits just fine, but like others have said, it sags when it rains and water collects in the sag. We remedied that by putting two egg-crate type ceiling lighting panels that we got from Home Depot. Had to cut them down to size, but the hold the canopy up and no more rain puddles. Holds up pretty good in the wind too.

The material on this one is a thin nylon type and not like the stiffer canvas type material of the original.This one sags and collects water when it rains so you have to be very careful that it doesn't collect too much water and rip.It also blows in the wind because it's not stiff like the original..The color isn't the same either.Why did they have to change it?

I am glad I was able to find a replacement cover but the material does not feel like it will hold up. Really had to stretch it to get it on and it pulled at the seams. It does fit but really tight. It has loosened up since we put it on but now it sags a bit in the back end causing water to build up on the cover. Still looks good and is the right color match.

Doesn't even remotely resemble the original material. If the material is different from the original, they should post a photo of what it looks like. I would describe the original as more of a canvas type material. This replacement is more like a windbreaker kind of material.

Does not fit: not long enough to fit on frame so it is useless... Also disappointed in weight of material. Don't think it would last long in Murrieta heat! Wife already bought a whole new swing for the backyard. The old one will be on the front lawn with a sign: free to anyone who wants to give it a try...

Normally it takes a LOT to motivate me writing a negative review on an item. However, this replacement canopy is so poorly constructed of cheap material (unlike original) and comes with no instructions or hints for installation. Unless you absolutely HAVE to recover the original swing, I would suggest buying a new swing prior to spending the time and sweat putting this thing on...but be prepared to team seams if you do. I want people to go into this purchase eyes wide open.

It didn’t fit to the swing that we had before. My husband just tried his best to adjust it by using rope & lockin plastic to look more decent. Your picture was so deceiving but it really looks like the one we had before. It was called, Garden Treasure swing, we purchased at Lowe’s , October of 2015. What’s important is the shade that replaced the broken canopy. Thanks for the service!
