does it burn your eyes from sweating?

It doesn't burn my eyes at all, that's what I was looking for because the the non-mineral drugstore brands did. Also there is no strong smell to it, not sure if the formula changed or the other answer maybe got a bad one

Is this sunscreen non-comodegenic?

I have rosacea (in other words, super sensitive skin that will break out in a rash) and this is the only sunscreen I can use on my face. I usually mix it with their plain white variety in the winter when I'm paler. It will rub off a little on the collar of my black coat, but that is less of a bad look than a broken out face!

Is this fragrance free?

No, it is not fragrance free. It has a very light scent that is not "perfumey" - the scent dissipates fairly quickly.
