Slumber Sleeper for LIFE!
Before Slumber Sleeper: My 20 month old daughter slept in her crib, right next to our bed. In order to fall asleep, she had to be holding my (mama's) hand or having her back rubbed by mama's hand, which would sometimes take up to an hour and a half before she nodded off. She would wake up several times a night, sometimes would resettle when I quickly replaced my hand on her back, but sometimes would wake fully, at which point I would pull her into bed with us and we'd co-sleep until morning. Without fail, whether it was two hours after she fell asleep or almost 8 hours, she would end up in bed with us for the last leg of sleep.Things we tried: Letting her cry, essential oils, varying bedtimes, very strict routines, reasoning and explaining (more to our benefit than hers as she was still pretty little), endless sleep books, and a sleep consultant. Nothing worked. The Slumber Sleeper: After finding out we were expecting again, we knew we needed to have our daughter's sleep situation figured out by the time the new baby arrived, but we were out of ideas. The Slumber Sleeper had come across my Facebook feed a few times in the past, and I basically raised my eyebrows and kept scrolling. It didn't seem like a solution for us, plus our daughter was almost two, not an infant. But one day it came up again, and I clicked. AND OUR LIVES CHANGED FOREVER.I bought the crib size slumber sleeper. I was getting ready to drop hundreds more dollars on another sleep consultation, so what was the harm in trying out this $100 product? I could always return it. But that thing is never going back, and here's why: the first day we got the slumber sleeper, we tried it at naptime as recommended. To my surprise, my very sensitive girl was completely comfortable in it. We played and made it fun, but she was soon sleeping. Okay, good. But that's not why I bought it. She'd always been a good napper. At bedtime, we went through the same routine. I zipped her up. To my surprise, she didn't want to hold my hand, so I just sat by her crib while she nodded off, and then I went to bed. I woke up half a dozen times that night, because from the crib there was ABSOLUTE SILENCE. I may have gotten up to check to see if she was still breathing more than once. And she was. From that night on, she's slept through the night EVERY.SINGLE.NIGHT. Her crib is no longer next to our bed, but in a different room. She occasionally wakes, but goes right back to sleep. She loves the Slumber Sleeper and can zip herself into it (and out of it, but she never does until it's time to get up). Now, she's two years old (TODAY, actually. Happy birthday, love), and we're moving to a big girl bed so that baby brother can have the crib when he arrives. The first thing I bought was the Slumber Sleeper for a twin size mattress, and while she's only been in it for a few days, she's taken to it like a duck to water. And you better believe that as soon as he's old enough, baby brother is getting the best hand-me-down ever in the form of her crib slumber sleeper.Customer Service: After our first Slumber Sleeper arrived, we received a wonderful hand-written note thanking us for our purchase and reminding us that there are free sleep consultants on staff at Swanling at our disposal. If you do some research, you'll find that Swanling is a small business founded by a mom -- just the type of thing I love supporting. When we bought the twin size, I contacted the company on Facebook about an offered military discount, and they were quick to reply, extremely patient as the code (which they never had to offer, but the did) wasn't working properly, and worked with me until I was able to purchase. I am a Swanling loyalist FOR LIFE.

BEST product EVER!!!
Our daughter co-slept with us for the first 15 months of her life and we FINALLY transitioned her to her crib but it was a tough transition and she was never really crazy about the crib as "her space". She would wake up several times a night and super early in the morning standing and protesting to get out. I went to visit a friend out of town and she introduced me to the Slumber Sleeper and I bought mine as soon as I returned home. I purchased the twin size for a twin bed that was in my daughters room. The plan was always for it to become her big girl bed but I was always anxious on how to keep her in it when we made the move. The VERY first night she slept in the Slumber Sleeper, she slept 12 hours straight. It has only gotten better each and every night since. The best part is that we were able to put her "friends" and some books and a night light on the bed with her and she would wake up and instead of crying she could play for an extra 45 minutes which meant more sleep for us! (see pic)The one question I had before purchasing was whether or not my daughter would be able to sleep on her belly as she mostly sleeps with her knees bent underneath her and on her belly. I emailed with my question and recieved a response the same day. She is totally able to sleep in ANY position she wants to be in, including her belly! EXCELLENT product!

Great invention. Love it
Really helpful - my son didn't want to sleep in his own bed and this paved the way to his own toddler bed. Great invention. Love it.

Infant Sleep Miracle!
Let me start off by saying that my 6 month old baby girl has been sleeping through the night for the past 2 weeks and we both feel soooo wonderful thanks to the Swanling® Slumber Sleeper!! It is truly a miracle product!! Now let me tell you why. When I gave birth to my baby 6 months ago, I made the decision not to swaddle her (so I thought). Five years prior to having my daughter I gave birth to a beautiful baby boy who was a swaddle baby from birth. I swaddled him until he was 8 months old!! Every nap he had - Every time I fed him - Every night at bedtime, he thought he had to be swaddled. I didn't want to go through that again with my daughter - I didn't feel like it was a healthy habit for either of us. So, I wasn't going to swaddle my baby girl. Two weeks after I brought her home I swaddled her. I hadn't had more than 15 minutes of sleep at one time in 2 weeks!! I was exhausted!! I told myself that this wouldn't become a habit, even if she slept for an hour being swaddled. She slept for 3 hours straight!! Fast-forward 6 months later, I'm still swaddling my daughter. Sigh. After several failed attempts at "stopping the swaddle" I got on Amazon and searched for "baby sleep positioner", (because the main reason my daughter couldn't give up the swaddle was because she kept rolling to her belly during the night and couldn't roll back the other way. I desperately wanted some sort of product that would keep her on her back, for safety and to save her frustration all during the night - And I'm not going to lie, it's no fun getting up 20 times a night to turn your baby back over to her back.) I scrolled down and saw an interesting product called the Swanling® Slumber Sleeper. The photo was intriguing to me so I clicked on it. To make a long story short, I had found my baby's and my answer to our swaddling problem.Below is a list of reasons that the Swanling® Slumber Sleeper is amazing:1. It keeps younger infants on their backs. Older babies and toddlers can easily turn onto their side or belly - They can even stand up.2. It is a fitted sheet.3. It is a waterproof mattress protector.4. It's a cozy sleep sack.5. It's easily laundered.6. There is a choice of materials. I chose the organic version. It's so soft and very breathable.7. It's a great value. You get 3 products for a very reasonable price: Fitted Sheet - Waterproof Mattress Protector - Sleep Sack8. IT HELPS BABY SLEEP THROUGH THE NIGHT! 😀9. Babies AND Toddlers love it.10. When your baby learns to stand, it keeps them from climbing out of their crib. Also, your child is positioned in the center of their crib so they can't stick their little arms and legs between the crib slats and get stuck or injured - So there's no need for a crib bumper, which can be unsafe. If your baby isn't getting the quality sleep they need, I HIGHLY suggest you purchase the Swanling® Slumber Sleeper. It is hands-down the best thing I have purchased for my baby thus far!! A safe, good night's sleep is so important for your baby's health, development, and happiness. My daughter is sleeping great, I'm sleeping great, everyone feels better and is happy. No more swaddling for us!! Thanks, Swanling®!!
