I bought the 1" button head shape with allen head and it was a perfect replacement for my existing hardware on my drop-through longboard. One of my existing screws was galled and I bought these because the product listing claims these stainless pieces are zinc plated (which helps against cold-welding and galling) as well as stainless (which prevents rust/corrosion). Great value and a great buy.

I had to purchase these for my boosted board because of my lights and other things that made my stock bolts too short for the job. One area they could improve on is the color options, I wish they came in black!

I've had cheapo screws before; so cheap that during installation, the screw heads would strip off. These Fireball screws were durable and strong. My build was a 70's vintage board and the holes on the deck didn't quite line up. I used a rubber mallet to gently tap in the truck onto the deck and was afraid the screws would snap but they held up! This had solid threading on the screws as well as the accompanying nuts.

Why buy stainless steel hardware? Because I made a rust resistant board with plastic penny deck, aluminum trucks and weatherproof bearings (rush). So I bought these knowing they'd get wet, hoping for no rust. 5 or 6 rain skate sessions in and they're great. No rust signs yet.

I bought my son a 'starter' skateboard and the truck>board bolts started to loosen. They were aluminium. After a couple 'crank it down' tightenings, the heads started to strip. I bought him these and he's very pleased. I think they'll probably outlast all of the subsequent upgrades.

Love this product!I've been been skateboarding for 22 years.I love this hardware. I love that it's available in a wide range of bolt sizes to fit all-kinds of boards/trucks/risers, and I love that it comes with the option of different bolt shapes/kinds also.AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, THE STAINLESS STEEL PART IS ESSENTIAL FOR YOUR SKATEBOARD HARDWARE! I would never put any other metal on my skateboard!The only thing wrong with this product is that I am a dummy, and I ordered the wrong bolt size -__- .....But I'm just going to re-order the correct size with this same company/brand because they are the best!

I got them to see if the Chrome would look good on my board. After putting them on I preferred the look of the black. So I took these off and while putting on my normal hardware it felt weak compared to the fireballs. Then noticing how the fireballs were perfectly flush unlike my hardware set of the same size I had to keep the fireballs. They feel so right.Just got another set for a new board. I really like this hardware

This was a must have to rebuild my sons Skateboard. He’d definitely gotten the use out of the old hardware. So this new hardware was and is definitely worth the purchase and I’ll definitely be buying more as he’s mighty mighty hard on his Skateboards!!! Thanks
