Great strap! So soft, but really strong and feels very durable. Long enough for my tall frame (I'm almost 6' tall), and much more comfortable on my sensitive feet than some other straps I've used. I use it for yoga and for stretching after my long run. Great product, highly recommend to anyone who needs to stretch for any reason.

Firstly, everything arrived on time and exactly as described and pictured. So that's great, but beyond that the cotton was super soft! It's really a high quality strap and the price is reasonable. Super perfect! I like to stretch at night and then do a relaxing bedtime sequence of yoga. It helps me get deep into these stretches without exerting too much effort on my muscles. While I don't practice yoga, I use this for doing leg stretches for sore hamstrings and calves. Out of the box it's nice and soft. I feel like I get a deeper calf stretch and I can leave my arms at my side due to the length of the strap. Seems better made and is less expensive than what you buy at a box store. Highly recommend.

I really like this strap. The one I use at the yoga studio is a good bit wider and difficult for me to grab. This strap is just a little more narrow and since I have small hands this is perfect. I've started taking it to the studio to use instead of using the studio's. It's strong, a good length, easy to thread, and does exactly what it's supposed to.....help me stretch!

My husband and I used these straps for the first time the other night to do yoga and they worked perfectly! I have arthritis and the knuckles in one of my hands have deteriorated making it difficult and often painful to grip things. These straps are super soft so they don't hurt or dig into my hands. They are also sturdy and don't slip allowing me to get a good grip during yoga poses. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I finally had a chance to use this yesterday in my yoga class. The Strap is soft and feels good in the hands. It is very light and hard to grab when using it behind the back, especially when we had to double it up. The Strap is not heavy enough to have any weight to it so I guess it depends on what one is looking for. If you want a soft, not rough and slightly thinner than the "regular" kind of strap then this one is for you. But it you want some body to your strap and not have it slip in your hands unless you wrap it around your hands, it is not the strap for you. I gave it a 4 because it is ok. It works but I would have preferred a strap with a bit more body to it rather than the softness of it on my hands. It does the job for the use in Yoga.

This was exactly what I needed and came super quick! My yoga class always runs out of these before I can get to class so it's nice knowing I'll be able to have my own strap (that no one else has used). Not to mention I've been practicing at home more now that I have all my own gear I feel more motivated to do yoga whenever, instead of just in class. Thanks for a great product at a price much lower than what I would have spent at Target.
