OH GOODNESS I ORDERED THE RHINESTONE BRUSHED SO WHEN I SAW THIS HAD TO HAVE IT AS WELL. I ORDERED IT BECAUSE ONE ITS RHINESTONED AND TWO ITS A GREAT BRAND. WHEN I USED IT THE FIRST TIME I WAS AMAZED HOW GREAT IT WORKS, HAIR SHINES AND KEEPS IT SMOOTH AND LOOKING GREAT.. COMES PACKAGED SUPER NICELY. AND LOOKS LIKE A MILLION DOLLARS ON MY VANITY.. I LOVE USING IT DAILY.. GETS HOT FAST AND SUCH A VALUE FOR THE COST. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This is a really nice flat iron. I had initially looked for a mini, which this says it is but its not. Its a mid size but so easy to handle, works really well and will be just fine to take on travel. Very happy with the purchase

Works nice but downfall is that just has on and off switch no way to measure heat

I have been using Chi straighteners since - forever. Last year long story but I lost almost everything, including my straightener. I bought a $20 yo get by and watched the price on this beauty for literally a year. Once it got down to like $57 - I pounced! I LOVE it, not only is the most beautiful straightener ever but it works SO well my mornings are so much easier, my hair feels and looks beautiful and healthy and I dye it fantasy colors so that important to me.

Straightens nicely.

This straightener is the perfect straightener for quick touch ups and cute curls. The heat level is on par, however there is not a heat adjustment switch or auto shut off. This is a quality product with a substantial cord length. All in all, this product works well and is a good value for your money.

I couldn't imagine a better flat iron for travel. Small but not miniature Barbie-sized like others. It has relatively wide (3/4") ceramic plates which i prefer over titanium. It's dual voltage. It's compact and lightweight...and best of all... it does the trick. I just wish there were a way to keep it in the closed position with either a lock or some sort of sheath.

PURCHASED 6 MONTHS AGO, AND FLAT IRON ALREADY MALFUNCTIONING. THIS SHOULDN'T BE HAPPENING AFTER THE AMOUNT OF MONEY CHARGED. THE FLAT IRON WONT HEAT ENTIRELY AND TURNS OFF AND ON INTERMITTENTLY WITHOUT REASON. BEYOND DISAPPOINTMENTED!!! I HAVE A CHEAP OFFBRAND FLAT IRON THAT IVE HAD FOR YEARS THATS CLEARLY BETTER QUALITY
