Really good, useful product
Great Product! I managed to chip a pretty decent chunk out of my glass induction hob when I dropped a bottle of wine on it, right on the edge. Pretty easy to use - just mix the two putties together and mould into shape with the tool and smooth flat with a wet finger. Leave to dry and then paint with the paint and brush provided (bit like nail varnish). Not sure how itโll hold up, but it seems strong, and you canโt really see it unless you know itโs there.

Good product with a little help from YouTube.
Worked well, there is a slight learning curve but as long as you watch a few videos on yt you should be fine. My repair lasted about 4 months with no problems which gave me time to save and purchase a new job.

Appears to do the job
Does the job. Only used a small amount to repair a tiny chip in the hob. Easy to use with detailed instructions. Seems to have worked ok but only time will tell if it stops it from cracking further. Plenty left over should I need it.

Saved our hobs
What a brilliant little kit, easy to use once you get the hang of it, although in stead of the spatula, I used a blade thanks to reading the other reviews first. The enamel pain was indeed a bit thick, and I ended up using a soft make up brush to apply it, which was also a lot easier. It has saved our hobs, which we only had fitted 6 months ago. None of us know what happened to them, or at least no one has admitted to causing it. There are at least now no sharp edges, it will hopefully prevent further damage, and the repair feels nice and sturdy. Hardly noticeable until putting the light on.

Easy and quick repair. Amazing!
This was a great product to work with after I dropped a pasta maker on our hob and taking a small chuck out the edge. Found a previous review review helpful so decided to leave one too. The putty is easy to combine and mould. Dried as described and the gloss paint went on top. Obvs not perfect but 100% feels strong and robust. Much better than the sellotape which was the emergency repair kit. Great value for money.

Great, but take care applying
Yes, as other reviewers say, this is a great product to avoid a costly hob re-purchase. Having followed the instructions and advice of other reviewers, the putty was relatively easy to prepare and apply - and, yes, I used a Stanley knife too. My biggest suggestion though is to take the time to smooth it extremely well with the wet spatula as, however smooth it looks at that point, the glossy enamel paint (which, yes, would be preferably supplied thinner), does highlight imperfections. One of those tasks that you become expert at, by the time you finish the job :- ) However, overall, very effective and would definitely buy again.

Easy to use - did a great job
Really pleased with how well this worked and how easy it was to use. Used an emery board to smooth it down. Not perfect but a million times better.
