Replaced the product for a different unit, still the same issue
The Amplifier only produces sound from one side of the headphones when the 1/4" cable is fully in, take it out halfway to make it produce sound from both ends but then the sound is muddy. Same issue with both units that I tried. Returning the product. Horrendous customer experience. Bought multiple cables from Amazon just to test aswell and the issue remains the same.
