good with Kindle Fire HD
I use it often to hook my Kindle Fire HD to my plasma. No issues thus far and I do not regret the purchase.Update: 3 months after purchaseAfter posting this review, I noticed a few months later that there were a significant number of bad 1 star ratings. I can only speak from my experience. Of the 15 or 20 times I've hooked it up to use it, it has not once failed to connect. With some of these cheaper electronics, it is hit or miss, but I wouldn't be so quick to blame it on the cable as many of these reviewers do. Perhaps it is a loose connector within the devices they are connecting. Perhaps they don't know how to manage their Input on the tv. In fact, when I plug mine in, I can't remember if it automatically pops up on screen or not. I believe you have to search for it with the input button on your tv remote. My input choices are labeled on my tv (ex: Cable, Blu-Ray, HDMI2, HDMI3, etc)In any event, I do not regret this purchase. My advice, buy it, try it, and if it doesn't work for you, return it.

Great Product. Worth waiting the one month to get it
Company that I ordered from was fantastic. They told me it would take me a month to get the cable. For $2 I was more than willing to wait the month. It arrived about 4-5 days before the month was up! I plugged it into my phone, my wife's phone and no issues! I went to a couple of box stores and laughed my head off when I saw similar cables asking for $12-30 bucks. The cable allows me to watch Crackle through my phone using my Wi-Fi when I am home. I can show off any photos I have taken using Motorola Motocast software. Given the few amount of times you may actually use the cable (primarily for showing photos to the family or for streaming movies when on travel) I highly recommend this company and waiting the few weeks to get a quality cable for 2-3 bucks!

DOES NOT FIT LATEST MODEL KINDLE FIRE HD 6
I saw reviews saying that this cable would fit the Fire HD. So I bought it hoping to cheaply mirror my tablet screen to my TV. I have a brand new 4th Generation Kindle Fire HD 6 purchased in June 2015. The micro connector on this cable DOES NOT FIT into the device. The cable was priced cheap so I'm not complaining, just warning. So far I can see the only solution is to purchase the $25 adapter from Amazon plus a standard HDMI to HDMI cable. Live and learn. Here is the link to the adapter. http://www.amazon.com/Amazon-HDMI-Adapter-Tablets-Generation/dp/B00LCKUT8A/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1435510537&sr=8-1&keywords=fire+hd+hdmi+adapter

Got this for my Razr HD and I love it!
I just got this yesterday and so far I have been very happy with this purchase. The price is great and the cable itself feels high quality. And when I plugged it into my phone and TV it worked instantly and I was happy with the quality. I did notice some grainy video transfer with Netflix and other videos, but I think this was due to the source since I watched an HD YouTube video and it looked great in high def.Really HDMI cables are all the same in quality for the most part so buying a bargain cable like this is the way to go. Why spend $20-$30 on a cable, or even a $50 adapter kit (that I found at the local electronics store) when I can get excellent quality out of this slightly under $5 cable?Buy this cable, you won't be disappointed. Unless you WANT to pay 500% more for a "premium" cable.

Worked great for a day
This worked amazingly right out of the box for both my HTC Evo 4g and my blackberry playbook. I had a great time watching some netflix, and playing some ps1 roms on my tv, as well as just browsing the web and watching videos from my playbook to tv.After a couple of days though it just sort of stopped working. The signal is not recognized anymore as if the cord like snapped somewhere in the middle. The coord felt a bit stiff and so I am assuming maybe bending it around to go into the tv might have snapped it? Either way it is now useless and makes me sad. This is probably good if you are going to set it up to a tv and never move it and just plug and unplug phone as needed, but if you are moving it about from tv to tv plugging in different things or packing it to bring anywhere with you... it will likely break very quickly.

works GREAT for Acer Iconia A-810 tablet!
everyone, and I mean everyone, told me ahead of time that this cable would not work--would be too small or too large for the micro hdmi port on the tablet. WRONG!!!!! it's GREAT! have tried it on 2 or 3 TV's now and perfect every time. I have cable in the living room and didn't want to pay for cable in other rooms. NOW, thanks to this little cable, we have showtime and epix (hbo go was already an app on the smart tv) in the bedroom! it's also great for Netflix and you tube--seems like the tablet doesn't have the occasional "buffering" issues that the installed apps on the smart tv have, so plug in the cable and enjoy programming without stopping to buffer. now I need to get one that is longer than 6 feet!! BY THE WAY---the cables I priced all over town ranged from 14 dollars to 35 dollars. this one was like 4 dollars.

HORRIBLE PRODUCT!!!!
HORRIBLE PRODUCT!!!! I have purchased several of these cables and all three have quit working within 6 weeks. After the first purchase I ordered another cable thinking it was a bad cable- after all it was less than $6 at the time. After the second purchase failed, I refused to purchase another, except that my fiancée didn't... After I requested a refund for all three items, I was told that I would not be getting one because it was past the 30 day satisfaction guarantee period.

I give it two stars for what I want originally for....
This gets 2 stars and 3 stars for everything else. I originally bought this to play games on a big screen using my tablet but sadly the lag is a few seconds behind to process the input information from point a the tablet to point b flat screen tv and that is a big problem for gaming when pressing buttons on the controller, as you can feel there is a few second behind lag. If I were using this to watch movies or Netflix than this cable gets 3 stars.Update: i believe its the tablet not the cable that is the lag problem. Otherwise 5 stars for what its suppose to do.
