Book/bible stand
Second time ordering. Love the design and how amazing it looks. Very sturdy, great value for the quality and design, no assembly needed.

Very pretty but not very sturdy.
I bought this to display my Grandfather's Bible that was gifted to me. While I love the craftsmanship and the ornate design, the back support is very flimsy, and I am afraid it will break off. You have to self-assemble the back support piece and it's similar to a picture frame support. While I would highly recommend this due to how pretty it is, I do wish the back prop was more stable.

Definitely has some drawbacks, depending on how you want to use it.
This is a very nice stand in terms of the quality of the wood and the carving and etching on the front where the book sits, however unless you’re using quite a small book, the book covers all of the beautiful design. However, when you turn it around and look at the back which is what an audience might see or a group of people who are sitting in front of somebody reading, it looks terrible. They have put the most cheap stand holder on the back. Too ugly unscented rivets and the stand itself is made from something a kin to particle board. There is no beauty in this thing from the back. I also wonder how long that stand peace will last. If you are displaying a book and it is seen only from the front, then it’s OK I suppose. If you’re wanting to use it functionally for a small religious service or something where you’re reading from a book to a group, their view is horrid.

£24 for a cheap piece of timber. Constructed by a glue obsessed worker from lord knows where. Complete rip off.

I was pleased with my purchase but was a little disappointed on it's size. It's beautifully made and works for my need BUT I feel like if you were to have a larger and heavier book or bible it would fall over.
