To my comparison to my already used earpiece is this JVC is a same identical copy of Plantronic E80. Just with a larger batter and 5.0 bluetooth compare to 4.2 in plantronic.JVC claims extra long range?? Not true , I cant walk with it 2 rooms away withing my house, but with E80 I can.A rubber piece that goes inside the ear is extra soft, and that makes whole earpiece to fall out. If you sit and not touching it, then it's fine, but if you were to walk, it will fall out.Same volume as E80. Overall I give in 3 out of 5

Just wanted to write this review for the JVC Ear Phone , because contrary to some of the reviews I read before I received it in the mail. I believe that it really dose have a very long range, and works very well at long distance, just as I had hoped for. There is a little trouble with the rubber ear boot that plugs into your ear, however. I just happened to have a assortment pack of them on hand. I found that the two that JVC provided are just a little to small. The reason for this is the weight of the earphone. The rubber boot size they give you is the normal size I would use for my smaller similar BT Phone, but that phone is a little smaller, and also lacks the range I need. After putting on maybe two sizes bigger boot the JVC was as comfortable as my little BT Phone. Easy fix, and since it is difficult to find a BT with a long BT range like this dose have, it is well worth the extra 3 dollars for the assorted rubber boots that you can find online. Not going to get in to sound quality, except to say that it can be turned up very loud, and sounds good to me. I gave it four stars only because of the incorrect rubber boot size option that came with it. Hope this will help others.

By the time I used this item the return window had closed. All well. It will play music just fine, but there is a sound issue when connecting through the phone to another person. The sound is super quiet.I'm bummed. I chose JVC because my previous history with their headphones is so positive. This product is just not it.

I like this bluetooth device better than many others I've tried. The sound quality is clear and I don't have to turn the volume up high to hear well. The battery life has been great too. I would say a great value for the money.

I brought in September of 2023 and its march 2024 the sound is very low u can bearly hear on it never heard of such for the price it should not do this ..

So the rubber ear canal piece really it not long enough like a Plantronic... the behind the ear piece to help keep on is wack. It does work but you will constantly be trying to place it right just to stay in the ear. Plantronics is a way better fit. This will do if you need something quick while you wait for something better

I love JVC headsets, they are my go-to for that, for headsets, this looks classy, and smart, it's user-friendly, very simple. The cost is also affordable compared to other brands, I am now able to do other things while waiting for a call or on-call, like cooking or driving, all I have to do is place my mobile phone nearby. That is very useful if you work on calls and need to do move around too, overall a good purchase.
