Schneider Electric Thorsman - 4.8 x 32mm Philips Screw Anchor, Self-Drilling Direct Fix to Masonry, Countersunk Recessed Head, 3703210, Pack of 100

Bought this to use on the outside wall as bought a clock through Amazon as well as Hanging Basket Brackets. Did what some reviewer said and drilled 3mm hole to guide the product but wouldn't work on either Cement between bricks or the brick itself. Tried on harled wall where it was blocks rather than brick but still didn't work. Will go back to buying rawl plugs and screws. Good idea, but did'nt work for me

Good product,handy to install,fast delivery , you'll need a 3mm masonry drill bit. Update ! Correction use 4 mm masonry drill bit

Work quite well with a small pilot hole to get them going. Not sure that the integrity of the fixing is as strong as with plastic plugs, but fine for me so far on 10mm pipe clips that are going to be plastered over.

Using these screws to meet fire Regs for wiring in the UK. They don't need plastic wall plugs.

These worked great, I used a 4mm masonry bit and the threaded straight in to the concrete guttering.

Cannot fault this item

Head sheared off when used in red brick.
