Excellent customer service, good quality product
Customer Service is excellent, one of the best I’ve ever experienced. They responded every question quickly and followed up all the way as an excellent after-sale service. I gave 5 stars for that. As an artist, this chair is very useful especially when I want to move the seat up and down along with the painting canvas. Its highest level is higher than other designs of the chairs in the market, I can sit painting while resting my feet on the wheel and I don’t have to stand painting for hours. The best part I love is that the armchairs can be moved up & down smoothly, no need to push hard at all and the material is good quality. I can reach my painting accessories on my side table without knocking the armchairs, very convenient. Plus, I will have to sit painting for many hours, that backseat mesh material is breathable, perfect for the purpose of my work, no more feeling sweaty on my back… Other than my art work, I do my crafting projects using high table than regular height of table. And this chair can be adjusted to any level even when I want to cut paper on that high crafting table, I still can sit on the chair and cut it. I noticed a few years ago at my office that some of my friends had strange habit. While they sat typing keyboard, they loved to stretch their legs and caused the seats to tilt frontward. Even though the chairs didn’t slide back and caused them accident but for a while all those seats were damaged, other persons couldn’t use them because the seats sloped to the front. With this Devoko chair, you won’t have problem with this issue, you love to sit like that, go ahead! Just make sure you don’t forget to lock all the roller wheels in place, or else you know what could happen. Other than that, the chair can accommodate any persons with long legs even when they sit on it at the lowest level, they still feel comfortable. The room on the seat is also comfortable to move your body around. I just got the chair, if I have more experience with it, there may be more of other positive aspects to mention. In general, the quality and the functions of the product suit to the price. You can’t go wrong.

Great chair, once you get it assembled.
POST COVID-19 UPDATE: I officially hate this chair. Now that I live and work in this thing 9-5, five days a week (thanks for NOTHING, Corona) this chair drives me crazy. The arm rests keep me from being able to push my chair into the desk, the mesh seating makes it impossible to clean (yes, I sometimes eat my breakfast in front of the computer), the foot rest frequently comes loose and will start to spin, and, lastly, and MOST annoying, I kick the little wheel locks at least...five times a day when I'm getting up and out of it. So, inadvertently, I will preclude one or two of the wheels from spinning, which I then need to unlock if I intend to keep this baby sliding across the fake hardwood. AND! It's just uncomfortable. It hurts my butt because there isn't enough padding and it hurts my back because it isn't at the right angle. If you're shopping at this price point, splurge on a little more and get a nice chair. I needed this chair because I'm fairly short and our desk height in the home office is around 25", so, a standard cheap office chair was not cutting it. This chair had the range I needed. At its lowest point, the top of the seat is 23". The arm rests are well positioned and it is easy enough to get the arms to flip up. I only have two complaints about this chair. The first is that assembly was a nightmare. It took over an hour. You can see from looking at it that this thing doesn't have a single right angle. This makes it challenging to assemble by yourself, since the arms are what hold the seat to the back. So, the positioning needs to be perfect, or you won't be able to get all the screws in. In fact, I did NOT get all the screws in on one side of the base. It's holding up fine, but, it was just too challenging to position the arm just perfect onto the seat when it was already secured to the back of the chair. My second complaint has to do with the casters. They have little levers to lock them if you're looking for that. The problem is, if you are NOT looking for that, then the little levers have to be in the UP position all the time for the chair to roll freely. I've been sitting in it for a couple hours and I've kicked or stepped on them twice already. I'm sure this will not end well for the little plastic levers. All that being said, the chair is comfortable once assembled and is easy enough to adjust. I looked at some very expensive chairs, but, this one was reasonably priced and comfortable.

Very comfortable, easy to assemble - Low desk or high desk - 20.5 - 28" height range!
I needed a chair that could go lower than most of the Architect style chairs, and this is the only one I could find that does. It has the ideal height range - good for regular height desks as well as tall desks. Most of the other tall chairs only go as low as 23 or 24 inches. I'm 135 pounds and the range when I'm sitting on it is 20.5 - 28". The seat padding is comfy and thick. The arm rests are nice – a very nice height for me to rest my arms on while making jewelry, which is what I bought the chair for. I didn't think I'd use them, but I like them. I can also get them out of the way, and they are no hindrance at all when in an up position. There's a tilt feature on this chair seat so you can tip it down to lean forward or up to lean more back. It's perfect. The foot rim is sturdy. Over-all I have absolutely no complaints other than the locking wheels get locked when I inadvertently hit them with my feet. But this is a small complaint. If they really bothered me, I'd figure out a way to take them off or make them so you can't push them down. Best of all, the price is right. I was afraid it would look and feel cheap because it's so inexpensive, but it looks just as nice as any other chair in its class, and feels solid. I am VERY pleased with this chair.

Okay-ish, but not great
This is a review for the item "Devoko Drafting Chair with Flip-up Armrests Tall Office Chair Executive Computer Standing Desk Chair with Lockable Wheels and Adjustable Footrest Ring", as of week one of owning it. There is a notable amount of wobble to the seat when you put it on the gas lift cylinder, as the area inside the seat hole attachment compared to what the area of the gas lift cylinder hole attachment are a bit off; likely a manufacturer issue. However, it does not feel wobbly enough that you think you would tip over. The seat sinks down notably when you are seated, I weigh 170 lbs, so your max height you'll have for top of padded seat height is 27 1/2 inches (and that requires the caster rollers to be attached to achieve), and comes nowhere near the 30.5 inches height advertised; and due to it missing those inches, it might not be a very viable chair depending on your drafting / standing desk height. If the seat extended up an additional 1 - 2 inches, then the sink in from when seated wouldn't be an issue. The seat pad itself is not terrible, but not very good, so if you want something more comfortable it would likely be better to buy an additional cushion to put on top of the regular seat cushion; also, buying an additional cushion should add back 1/2 or so to get you to 28 inches, so still only about 2 inches short of where it is advertised at. The armrests are rather low compared to the seat itself (I am 5'7"), so they aren't very useful, and in order to attached the back of the chair you have to attach the armrests, so you'll likely leave the armrests in the up position indefinitely. The tilt bar feature does nothing when attempted, but I only use the chair for when I do not want to stand while working at my standing deck, so it isn't much of an issue. The chair is overall okay-ish, and would be rated better if the cost for it was $20 - $30 less (I bought mine for $95 total), but if your budget is lean then it is not a bad choice if you really need a drafting chair for when you do not want to stand at your desk.

I cut the wheel locks off
The only thing I didn't like was the wheels locking. Every time i stepped down i locked them. I cut the little tabs off each wheel. Maybe if they locked as a whole it would be a good feature. My counters in my shop are 35" tall and i have it set right in the middle. It does drop down a bit when you sit on it. Seems like more than my other office chairs. love that the foot rest is adjustable. only thing with that is the more you put your weight on it over time it drops down to the base. Because its in between the 2 bars its hard to get really tight. LOVE the tilt option. Great for posture. Very comfy. Great for the money. Even with shipping. So easy to put together, I never use directions, but after putting it together i took a look at them so i could mention them in the review. They were very easy to follow and were all correct. The wheels roll nice and smooth even on the rough cement. All in all its a top notch chair!! Very happy with my purchase! Most definitely getting another!!

This is a good comfortable chair, I am quite satisfied with the quality and cost
I've found it difficult to find a chair that features a forward tilt before finding this chair. The chair was simple to assemble, is easy to move because its light and rolls easily and has arm rests that easily flip up if wanted. I also like the foot rest whether at the lowest setting or the highest seat setting, the foot rest is also adjustable height. The chair does not lean back at all, it is either level or tilts forward, the forward tilt allows the spine to be straight which is what I find most comfortable, the height of the seat allows my arms to be level with or raised higher than my desk, my previous office chair could not raise high enough so my hands would be higher than my arms and I found that position would cause less blood to my hands.

Solid Budget Drafting Desk Chair
Needed a chair for my home island quickly during COVID-19 to work from home. This is a “drafting” chair, and is significantly taller than a normal office chair (It has the ring that supports your feet.) The chair padding is decent, but isn’t the thickest, and has worn slightly over the last few months. My biggest issue is that their isn’t enough padding in the front of the chair, where my thighs rest. This combined with the chair having a very slight forward tilt, and the leg support ring occasionally slipping, have left my thighs slightly numb/tingling after sitting for multiple hours. (I would recommend a good chair pad) Another annoying problem (but not the fault of this chair) is that I will occasional step on one of the wheel locks when getting in/out of the chair. Honestly for me it is just an annoying kitchen island height. Other than these issues it seems fairly sturdy (at least for the price), and the seat height holds well (occasionally slips and inch or so) I have been told you may have to turn the chair upside down from time to time to allow the seal-oil to re-lubricate the gas cylinder.

Chair is ripping itself apart
Did this chair really last me six months? At first things were going great - the chair was easy enough to assemble, was comfortable enough to sit in. Not really a fan of the standing seat function, but I don't have to use it. It was not the most comfortable chair in the world, but adequate enough for a task chair. About a month in, started having the same issues with accidentally hitting the wheel locks as other customers stated in the reviews - I swapped out the casters on the base with ones from another chair I had, which resolved that for me, but most people don't have spare chairs to pull extra parts from. Two months in, and I noticed the chair started developing a lean to the right side. Thought it might be a posture issue, so I sat more upright. 3 months in, the chair seat wobbles left and right quite a bit. Another recent review describes the chair as sounding like it was cracking when they sat in it. I know the sound personally. I started noticing slivers of wood below the chair after some use. I casually start looking for a replacement chair at this point. And then there's today, when I decide to try tightening some screws and check out how bad the damage is: flipping the chair over and supporting it on the back/seat, I can see that the reason for the slivers forming is that one of the metal anchors that keeps the arms attached to the seat, the same arms that keep the back attached, has pulled completely through the plywood/particle board portion of the seat. Because the arm is now only partially attached to the chair, the back of the chair is also only partially attached. If I were to lean back and the other anchor failed, the back of the chair would also fail, possibly leading to me falling out of the chair and injuring myself. In order to discourage myself from putting any pressure on the back, I completely removed the otherwise intact back and arm assembly from the chair seat while I wait for a different replacement chair to arrive. The bottom portion of the seat has deteriorated so badly that the plywood/particle board can be easily flexed with little effort, and because it flexes so much, the seat padding does not provide any comfort and the height and tilt adjust assembly can be felt through the seat padding. There is no easy fix for this issue - relying on a replacement seat would just lead to the same problem in several months when that seat deteriorates. The chair will not support 220lbs for an extended use period. The task chair had one job, and it failed in that task.
